About:
Henry Tosh is the owner of Super Training Gym in the UK. He is an ex international Powerlifter, having competed for Great Britain at two IPF World Championships. After retiring as a lifter he moved into coaching and became Head Coach of the Great Britain Classis Powerlifting team. He spent 5 years as Head Coach before stepping down after the 2023 World Championships in Malta. He now specialises in using the BASE-3 training system to help people unlock their potential and set new strength records in and out of the gym.
