3:40 I actually calculated this feat. That cannon ball should be around 5 times Bowser’s height [10 feet tall] which should put it around 50 feet in diameter. I did do a bunch of calcs using the sphere volume and the density of iron to find it’s mass and I’m to lazy to redo them and post them here. Any way the cannon should have launched it at a speed of 100m/s. This multiplied by the mass should give us the momentum of the ball. To finally get the force needed to stop it we need to divide the momentum by the time which was an astonishing 1/60th of a second. This means to stop the cannon ball Bowser must be exerting the equivalent of 40,000,000 TONS OF FORCE. For perspective the Burg Khalifa (tallest building in the world) weighs only 800,000 tons Bowser can lift that with a finger!

@@DontMindJoe Also, I got my lazy ass up and recalculated the mass. The cannon ball weighs 32168601.275 pounds. I plugged it in the kinetic energy formula with the 100m/s speed to get the explosive equivalent. It’s equal to 17 tons of TNT. Stronger than the “MOAB” but still a bit disappointed. I bumped it up to a probable 200m/s. Now it’s 69.7 tons of TNT. Or about twice as strong as the FOAB (strongest non-nuclear bomb ever detonated). So this is a city block level durability and strength feat at both low end and high end.
@@DontMindJoe keep in mind that the dream stone made bowser a multiverse level threat considering that the dream depot consists of multiple universes. Not to mention that a alternate universe version of bowser from a Japanese manga called Mario Kun showed bowser defeating super dimentio with complete ease, though to be fair he had the pure hearts on his side, but still, bowser was able to defeat a high complex multiversal threat like dimentio and sadly people still downplay him and wank characters from either Touhou or undertale.
He now has the voice of Jack Black, increasing his power level tenfold.

Bowser’s magic skills are all thanks to the teachings of Kamek. He’s mentored Bowser since infancy. Bowser only perfected Kamek’s skills. So perfect in fact that in Yoshi’s Island DS, he has the ability to time travel!!! I AM NOT KIDDING!!!! He can just time travel to see where he went wrong with his last battles with Mario to come up with new strategies!!! He is beyond even HIMSELF!!! 😂😂😂

@@DontMindJoe Now thanks to the new Mario Movie teaser, we can now confirm that Bowser is a true genius if he can convert AN ENTIRE LAND MASS into a fortress AND make it FLY!!! He makes fun of anyone who stands in his way of what he wants to obtain, in the movie’s case, the Power Stars. And finally, his Fire Breath is strong enough to destroy an entire castle with no sweat, and like you said, that’s only his base form.

Bowser is. . .extremely powerful. I got some extra notes about him that wasn't brought up here.
- His leadership is utterly astounding. His minions don't follow him out of fear or mind control, but out of sheer respect and admiration for him. Hell, his minions even managed to resist brainwashing out of their dedication to Bowser.
- An epic father for sure. Even gives parenting tips to Mario in Origami King, and being a good parent requires at least average intelligence.
- In Mario Party 9, his Boss Fight takes place on a platform right in front of another black hole. Bowser doesn't just get sucked into it, but resists it's pull entirely until he's defeated. Also his magical abilities is demonstrated with him summoning his strongest minions through a mere dice block.
- In Super Mario Galaxy 2, the entirety of the Comet Observatory, the Lumas on board and Rosalina herself (the local GODDESS of Mario's Universe) were all captured by Bowser's magic. He literally captured and immobilized a goddess and her vessel that can travel across the universe at speeds faster than light.
- Many of his forms have special abilities that further his sheer power. He's able to use mere paper to create giant cardboard armour that can tank meteors. His Fury form passively corrupts life around him into fury shadows as shown with the local kittens of Lake Lapcat. Despite his Fury form costing him his smarts at first, once turning into Giant Fury Bowser he regains his intelligence, using magic to keep the Giga Bells out of Mario's hands and staying at a distance to blast him with fire and spine pillars.
- Using the power of the Inhale Block (as shown in Dream Team, he keeps this ability even after Bowser's Inside Story), he's able to shrink and suck up anyone and anything around him, from people to trees, pipes and even an entire sewer system. Even his own internal body has organisms that protect him from outside Intruders (such as viruses) that only beings such as the Dark Star can plow through.
- Dreamy Bowser. . .woah boy. In this form he becomes a Reality Warper. Literally. Anything he dreams of becomes true, from creating food to eat to MAKING LIFE through Dreamy Minions. Basically he has the powers of a dream and he gained this form after his gigachad move in betraying Antasma and improvising by inhaling the Dream Stone's pieces.
- He's weilded the Star Rod before, able to grant any wish imagineable after breaking in the holy Star Haven. The ONLY thing that even somewhat nullified his invincibility was the power of the ones who created the rod to begin with. Even then, they can only do small amounts of damage to Bowser at a time. And since the Star Spirits show up in Mario Party 5, at the very least the events of Paper Mario 64 are Canon to the mainline games.
- Finally in Super Mario RPG, there's an optional boss called Culex. He's, as described by official sources, the ruler of TIME and SPACE. And should the player desire, Bowser can defeat him singlehandedly! IN BASE FORM!
- As for everything with Dry Bowser, NSMB DS is the only time where he canonically dies. Even then, he's able to reassemble his corpse and fight Mario again, alongside able to be resurrected through magic (As Bowser Jr does in the final level of the game). It's possible that after this resurrection, it gave Bowser his immunity to lava as he's never shown to outright die aside from Mario Party 10's Bowser boss fight. Even then there's a theory that Dry Bowser was actually the boss, merely using a disguise to look like his fleshy cousin so Bowser could sneak away unharmed. Island Tour does canonically confirm that Dry Bowser is a member of Bowser's family tree, so maybe he's one of his ancestors resurrected through black magic? Either way it's established from then on that Bowser and Dry Bowser are two different beings.
That's all I got, but I probably missed some stuff. Overall Bowser's a sheer power house (and an amazing father to boot) who should be respected. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

@@freshavacodo555 well, the games start especifically because he chooses to save peach, most mario games dont give you an option to go like "nah i dont want to save the world imma just sit here" (super paper mario is an exception.) In fact im pretty sure mario actually chooses what to do most of the time, because like, you end up being the hero anyways, there may be a thing or two like, say, whack whacka on pm64 and spm or sell that one wallet from some old toad in smrpg which causes this toad npc to hate you, but even still, thats not exactly canon, never got told what is canon and not so basically mario has some arguably small amount of personality besides, yknow, being the hero. Thats why mario doesnt speak much, unlike luigi in games where luigi isnt a playable character
That's because Bowser seems to never get rid of switches in his castle that Mario can use to drop Bowser into lava pits or Mario can trick Bowser into destroying the floor under him...Bowser is mostly brawn not brains.

I feel like pointing out that black hole was a universal threat that a species capable of creating galaxies and planets sacrifice themselves to convert it into a big bang that destroyed and recreated the universe with Mario and peach having to be protected by rosalina who was more powerful than said entire species, bowser was not protected but survived

This video is 100% accurate and pays respect for the turtle. Canonically Bowser could probably beat most villains(Thanos probably not), but all Nintendo villains he could beat or at least be on par with the strongest of them.

Peach, control her and you control him. You literally have to use villain tactics against him as though he were a hero.

To be fair. I think Bowser did die in Galaxy 1. I mean the only reason literally anything was able to be brought back was becuase of Rosalina. But for Galaxy 2 tho oh yeah there’s no excuse. He’s almost unkillable.

Mario and Peach are shielded by Rosalina, and Bowser presumably just fucking tanks it, which is why the three of them are separate from everyone else in the new universe.

As a powerhouse, Bowser is severely underrated. He doesn't get the credit he deserves. He's also one of the few villains to defeat the main hero. He's beaten Mario before, and not many villains do that with main heroes. Also, there were some games where Mario needed help to beat Bowser too. Paper Mario is one of those examples.
Finally, someone who understands the Mario characters aren’t weak cartoonish characters. Mario has shown to be able to beat the crap outta someone who can survive a black hole and a supernova. Mario even survived that supernova in Galaxy. I get that Kirby fights gods all the time but still Mario is no slouch either even in Paper Mario, he’s extremely broken

A very wonderful 20:55 of my life. Bowser has done it all and cant be killed. He even defeated dark bowser who was created by a powerful dark star. He also has the most powerful smash bros move aka suicide dive.

Let me explain Dark Star a bit
This dude is basically a god
At 50% power at base form alone, Dark Star is able to create a black hole by just spinning (50% at max because Fawful absorbed the other half)
For his Bowser form, he basically copied Bowser's DNA and applied it to himself
Now can talk, perform skills and abilities of Bowser and has his full power
HE ALMOST FREAKIN' WIPED OUT MUSHROOM KINGDOM WITH EVERYONE INSIDE (INCLUDING MARIO, LUIGI, PEACH, BOWSER, KOOPALINGS, JUNIOR, SANS, PAPYRUS, SONIC, IMPOSTER, FREDDY FAZBEAR, WHOEVER YOU CAN THINK OF) BY SIMPLY *ROARING*
...and yet was a joke compared to Bowser
To be honest, he could easily crush Fawful (tiny form where he is fused with Dark Star's core) easily, but he chose to absorb him because Starlow, Mario and Luigi wanted some credit as well
And by the way Dimentio can be scaled to boundless due to Void and Mario cosmology
By far, without any question, the number one most powerful thing Bowser ever did that you mentioned here was FALL INTO A SUPERNOVA AND SURVIVE.
Supernovae are just impossibly huge things. A supernova at the moment of detonation is 100 billion Kelvin. They can outshine entire galaxies of trillions of stars. And Bowser came out of it merely unconscious, like he was clocked in a bar fight or something. That alone is a feat of strength on par with, probably greater than, anything in the Marvel universe.
Would bowser be at the strenght level of the marvel godzilla (from a marvel comic in the 70's)

Except that that supernova and black hole destroyed the universe and killed everyone lol, why does none actually pay good attention to what's happening in Mario Galaxy? That black hole destroyed the entire universe, the Lumas sacrificed themselves to stop it and RECREATE AND RESSURECT EVERYONE, Rosalina herself tells that to Mario at the end of the game, that black hole killed everyone, Bowser didn't survive it, the Lumas just ressurected everyone when they sacrificed themselves. However, Bowser did survive 2 black holes in Mario Party 5 and in Mario party 9, both of those were also created by HIMSELF using his magic, in Mario party 9 Bowser just ROARS and that created a massive black hole that was sucking up PLANETS in the background during his boss fight, then, after he was defeated, he falls into the black hole, and survives. This is Base Bowser's greatest feat and puts him at solar system level power and durability.

Anyways like I said the guide wasn't made by Nintendo and probably ain't canon, first of all in-game Bowser never says he wants to destroy the universe, just conquer it, whereas the guide states he wants to destroy the universe and recreate a new one where he'd rule with Peach.

One of the great feats of Bowser have to be in Mario and Luigi Dream Team, where he was the one who used the OC villain (Antasma) to his own advantage and betrayed him. Considering that other (lesser) villains have constantly using him before (possibly because he wasn't feeling using his braincells those days), we can say that Bowsy boi learns a lot. If Bowser went full big brain, he'd be the scariest villain of all time.

Not to mention that you need to know a lot of geometry in order to design buildings, even more to *build* them! Also we see in Inside story that he technically *can* be killed by being crushed, but his adrenaline can literally *bring him back from the dead.*

I agree with you on most everything you've said, but I think it's a stretch to say that Bowser is some brilliant inventor. As you have established, he has an army of soldiers who are fanatically loyal to him, presumably he has those people build all of his junk.
Well yes but someone has to draft up the plans and I don't think any of his minions are skilled enough to do that. Even someone like Kamek isn't that skilled. In my mind Bowser is the guy that plans out the construction and his mooks do the heavy lifting

To add to the lava resistance section, can we also just mention that bowser literally not only can survive being in lava, being half submerged in it and feel nothing, but takes a goddamn BATH in it in Sunshine. Bowser is just that damn powerful, that he just sits inside a pool of lava like it’s the most mundane thing ever.

I have only been watching for a little while ever since your donkey kong discussion with demeech and i swear this was an impressive analysis i have not heard about some of these feats well besides the whole star black hole thing and dry bowser but yeah a planetary threat no doubt and i never thought of him going outside his universe but if you put it that way this man would kinda be like mongul but possibly even stronger that's impressive stuff hopefully you do other analysis to maybe mario next time or other video game characters anyways great job with this video

With all these numbers, Bowser in the real world would be its destroyer! With an endless army at his disposal, even all of the world's military can't stop him! He would be the real world Godzilla in both base and giant forms! The Super Mario Bros Movie made it clear that the Super Star could defeat him, but even movie form took it like a champion! I think the only way to stop him is by relating to him, which may seem crazy. Also, if I know my turtle facts, it's that the shell is powerful, but it's underside is not. If some weapon were made that can penetrate the Koopa King's tough underside skin, (possibly seeing him actually bleed) and aimed straight at Bowser's heart, excluding his magic, then Mario's eternal rival, and his entire franchise, would be over.
One thing you probably forgot: The opening to Super Mario Odyssey shows Mario. presumably at the end of a game we didn't see, and Bowser literally throws him back to the start.
I prefer the red hat wearing man himself Mario, but damn I gotta give some respect to the Koopa King. Hoping to see a video about Mario's power, awesome stuff!

I agree with all the points here legitimately, but I don’t think Bowser built all those contraptions. He may have built some it’s not confirmed, but I usually assumed it was his minions he’d order to build airships and casino worlds and whatnot, not him. I feel like we kinda got to see a bit of that in one of the Mario & Luigi games, I don’t remember.

I always liked bowser and he does seem to get more and more powerful over the decades. Amazing how mario and luigi are able to keep up with him somehow even without the powerups. The death battle was surprised he lost with all the feats he has gotten over the years that even eclipsed ganondorfs. Though dont think they counted the rpg games he was in, i have to rewatch the episode.
bowser was actually supposed to win the death battle, but someone wanted ganondorf to win instead. and they didn't really do good research on it. in truth, bowser's abilities outshines ganondorf's abilities. you can kinda compare it to the godzilla fans wo says he can beat everyone. lol. and not that many people do any deep research about bowser either

I finally get some respect. I'd slaughter every character canonically in Smash except for Sonic, Shulk, Rosalina, and maybe Kirby.
bowser canonically beats rosalina in both galaxy 1 and 2 and steal the grand stars tho and needs mario to help him. and rosalina is no stronger than base cast. sonic shulk and kirby are definitely losing since bowser has insane universal+ feats in base alone and can become multiversal and multiversal+ with the dream stone and pure hearts while sonic and kirbys strongest threats cap at low multiversal
@@AlloyAmi well that depends on whether or not that version of bowser is canon. To my knowledge that version of bowser isn't canon but yes that version of bowser is the strongest for obvious reasons and would stomp everyone in smash.
Canon bowser durability probably caps out at low universal in base to multiversal in his strongest canon form. This is based on the little damage he took from the supernova in base form. Since mario can incapacitate him multiple times im pretty sure mario's strength in the low supernova levels of strength and bowser is canonically stronger than mario so his strength must be 2-5 times stronger than mario but no more since mario would be one agot killed if he was stronger. Big bowser is pretty much multiversal+.
This makes him able to fight multiverse threats like sonic and kirby. Although i have no knowledge of kirby lore i do know extensive knowledge of sonic lore and proper scaling. Sonic's strongest potential is 7 times universal to possibility multi dimensional although that is debatable. Sonic technically is stronger than him because mario's base strength is supernova level but a amped up mario is really low universal since he can instantly incapacitate bowser in base form but he doesn't cause permanent damage so doing the math bowsers strength is only 2-5 times universal. Sonic's universal feats come from the sonic rush games that involve a final boss that is able to merge 2 dimensions together and since 2 super form characters are fighting it they are each universal in power and hyper form is 7 times stronger than super making sonic's power at minimum 7 times universal. The multi dimensional feat comes from fighting Solaris but i have no knowledge of Solaris's full strength or power so i find that debatable. Bowser still would stomp most characters in smash. The other version of bowser is just a few levels below omnipotence with the dream stone.

This is a very good analysis. I'd also like to mention another feat in the 3DS edition of Bowser's Inside Story. This happens when Giant Bowser squares off against Peach's Castle (controlled by Fawful). In the end of the battle, he proceeds to punch the castle so hard it was sent flying across into orbit. That's an amazing feat within itself. However, I wouldn't go as far as to saying Mario is a puny little human at all. He's displayed strength feats such as lifting castles and ground pounding meteors. Hell, he's even tossed Bowser by his tail with little to mid difficulty.
I got something crazy about Bowser that you might be surprised by, here's something that really makes Bowsers attack power truly infinite. Bowser is capable of clashing punches with dark Bowser, dark Bowser can be scaled with the dark star due to the dark power being completed, the dark star scales higher than the star spirits due to the fact that their power didn't destroy the dark star but they are capable of hitting you So hard that they can destroy infinite defense. The fact that Bowser clashed punches and took punches by dark Bowser should be an already insane feat.
Fun fact: bowser is also capable of *time travel.* In yoshi’s new island he travels back in time to help is younger self defeat yoshi and mario.

Bowser's biggest magical feat is probably Mario Party: Island Tour, where he creates a 30 floor tower in seconds.
He's got so many different magical abilities that it's actually insane. In Yoshi's New Island (a game that takes place when Mario is an infant), he shows up at the end with a textbox saying "Suddenly, warping through time and space, King Bowser appears," so I guess he can fucking time travel too.
He's also been shown to be able to magically enhance his physical attacks with both dark energy and fire.
In 3D Land and Mario Party 9, he can fly and levitate respectively.
He basically flies in Bowser's Inside Story too, when he uses the fire to boost his shell into the air indefinitely at Fawful's Castle.
Speaking of Bowser's Inside Story, in the remake, Super Bowser is capable of punching Peach's Castle so hard that it does a full orbit around the planet.
your not entirely wrong but i have to throw a caviot at you. in bowsers inside story his transformation into giga bowser via adrenaline is cannonicly triggered by bowser being near death. That is not unscathed. A lot of his strength feat are heavy lifting even for him. that said he is still damn near as powerful as you say. much of the magic he himself doesn't use is done by kamek koopa. and yes bowser is very likely Dr. robotnik smart. dry bowser was the one cannon time bowser died (from "super" lava) and bowser jr. used necromancy to bring him back. even super lava cant destroy his bones.

In spite of what many people believe the Mario series does indeed have a canon, has always had a consistent canon, and was intended to since it's beginning. As for Dry Bowser there's is at least 2. One whose origin is not known, the other is Bowser. I can confirm all the sources you used are canon to the games. You did miss a few things such as Bowser's teleportation abilities as seen Super Mario 64, his ability to wield Dark Matter as seen in Super Mario Galaxy, and his basic ability to use any power up such as the Bros. The only thing that can't be said for certain is him creating all his structures when he can have someone else do it for him, though he definitely helps out. Also while Bowser is often depicted as an oaf at times he is smart enough to question whether or not Mario can get the power of the Star Spirits, question if the Koopa Bros are good for the job, and even yell at the Koopa Bros for them not obviously leaving someone behind to guard the Star Spirit.

Bowser surviving a black hole inside of it would be infinite 3d durability
Mario, in order to harm him with his physical hits, would need to be able to withstand the force of his own strikes, which means being able to harm Bowser would be infinite 3d durability for Mario as well
Which means Bowser would be able to hit Mario with infinite 3d strength, as he is able to harm Mario
This still wouldn't make Bowser the most powerful villain in fiction, sadly, because even with infinite power it would be limited by virtue of being contained within one universe (or, in other words, it would still be less than true universal power). But hot damn, it would take quite a lot of power to be able to surpass Bowser.

Strength: 7+ (Lifts a cannonball at way more than 10x his own size made of iron coming at incredibly fast speed and hurls it back into the air directly at a castle and throws it fast enough to do massive damage to it/ moves an island with just a rope and can go into super bowser mode to become even stronger)
Intellect: 6 (Builds an entire futuristic city in a world where spears and castles are still being used)
Speed: 7 (Can teleport)
Durability: 7+ (Survives a supernova and the resulting black hole/ Breathes in space)
Energy Projection: 6 (Uses electrokinesis, geokinesis, fire breath, dark magic, teleportation, necromancy?, poison gas?!, TIME TRAVEL?!?!)
Fighting skills: 4 (Well trained style in super smash bros)

You know it's interesting I often think about in all reality who is stronger Bowser or Ganon and honestly I don't know... They both check multiple boxes for powers that are incredible but one thing that Bowser has over Ganon is that as far as we know Bowser is immortal and Ganondorf can be slain and Ganon can be sealed away...
One of them has a crippling weakness in the Master Sword while Bowser isn't necessarily weak too anything aside from Mario whooping his ass? But then he just sort of calls it quits and then goes about his business.... Id say Bowser has a leg up on Ganon but maybe it's worth exploring in a future video lol

Steal souls.
Posses others and even machines.
And, the most important against Bowser, Ganondorf can *steal other people's magic*
Bowser is only able to live as a skeleton without organs because of magic, without it, while he is still hard to kill, he is still a living being that needs blood, oxygen and all that other stuffs, basically, without his black magic, Ganondorf can easily just cut his head off, or stab him in the hearth, and Bowser will die. Whereas Bowser has no way of getting rid of Ganondorf's magic, which is also what makes Ganondorf as durable as he is, so Ganondorf has a higher chance of killing Bowser than Bowser has a chance of killing Ganondorf.

Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet is akin to a God so he can beat anyone.. Thanos minus Gauntlet couldn't beat Bowser but on the flip side Bowser couldn't kill Thanos either

In his Giga or Fury form, Bowser could level cities, destroy planets, even wipe out whole galaxies. Keep in mind, he was able to entrap Rosalina, an actual goddess, and her Observatory. Going at light speed. That’s no small feat.

I love, that my favourite villain finaly got the recognition he deserves. Only a view things, Ihave to correct: I would doubt he invented and/or constructed any vehicle of his fleet by himself since he has a giant army and a couple smart individuals of those are propably planning his weaponary. Also I think you gave him too much credit for his magic cause allthough he surely has plenty and various of it, I think most of the magic, that is done to help him is more likely to be performed by kamek or other magickoopas and not by Bowser. And the thing with the lavaproofness is open for debate as you pulled out a view good examples of situations, in which it didn´t do anything to him but there is also at least New Super Mario Bros for the Nintendo DS in which he can be seen falling in lava and straight up turnung into Dry Bowser because of it, which btw confirms, that even if Dry Bowser is in some games an independent charecter, also normal Bowser can continue living in form of a sceleton.
funnily enough i also got a head cannon that those shackles hes always wearing even in death in his drybones form are also limiters of some kind so on top of everything here were not even seeing the extent of bowser's power for all we know he might not even be using half of it how scary is that
