From what I get she's a story support that can't die because she still has a role to play in the story, so when she dies in battle she instead plays the retreat animation. Your servants (minus Mash that also has a role to play) are not part of the story so they play the unsummon die animation.
And people said Herc is useless AFTER Part 1 of the Main Story Arc... Zasshu the lot of them~! Joker from Mass Effect games was right... *"Never believe the "official" story."*

if you were talking about Arash, we need to pick another support servant aside from Castoria, that's why I chose Arash since I can get rid of him quickly
up to this day the community still has no set rules for solos, some still use tauntwalls like S.Scat/George/Leo/CE's with Taunt/etc wich can buy them tons of turns, others go for the suicide squad to have a clean start and others go for low level buffers wich could be potentially cheating, some even go and use Command Seals(like the Astolfo Megaloherc solo, only possible due to them), until DW goes out of their way and allows us to play without the front row of servants we're forced to keep using at least 3-4 depending on the fight

Arash is one of the best grailing targets since you use him a lot for farming, and being able to clear certain mob HP breakpoints is huge.

the stackable guts will always be used first, then the normal/CE guts
