Amazing burn even with just 5 lb dumbbells! I have a question about the overhead tricep extensions - I have SUCH a hard time activating my triceps in that position. Could it be a lack of shoulder mobility? or other ideas on getting that movement to "work" for me??
Normal for that exercise to not feel like the biggest tricep burn! The triceps are working to extend, but because of the positioning of the arms, gravity is working harder on the shoulders.
Holy moly! Was wanting an “easy” upper arm workout and was pleasantly surprised by the major burn! One of my new favorites, thank you!!
