    Omg for a what I call a light way was seriously affective in this week out my triceps and shoulder's are burning 🥵
    I'm definitely glad I didn't go heavier

    Was short on time this morning, so this quick "build-a-combo" was perfect! It was challenging enough and felt great but just the right amount of time today! ❤

    Amazing burn even with just 5 lb dumbbells! I have a question about the overhead tricep extensions - I have SUCH a hard time activating my triceps in that position. Could it be a lack of shoulder mobility? or other ideas on getting that movement to "work" for me??

      Normal for that exercise to not feel like the biggest tricep burn! The triceps are working to extend, but because of the positioning of the arms, gravity is working harder on the shoulders.
