I just started law school, so I have not had time to do yoga. I did this today and by the end, I was crying it felt so good. It is so easy to forget how important taking time out of your day to do this kind of stuff is. Thank you so so much for this, you are amazing.

yesterday and the day before i spent all my time planting flowers, doing yard work, and helping install trail signs with my school’s environmental club for earth day. it made my shoulders SO sore but this helped so much. thank you

I’ve been wanting to exercise again, but it’s been a couple years since I’ve really tried. I thought I’d start with some yoga and get some good stretches in first. After this routine, I realized how much pain I’ve been carrying in my upper body all this time.
I’ve done this routine several times now and I’m pleased to say that I have less and less pain every day! 😊 Thank you for this video!
Wow. I suffered a back injury about a month ago and this felt so good. I was so relaxed by the end, and found some relief from the soreness I’ve had. I don’t usually do yoga, but this was amazing.
I really enjoyed this video. Some upper back and tension relieving yoga videos end up triggering stiffness and a tension headache. This was gentle and helped with my tight upper back, leaving me relaxed and in less pain. Thank you!!

I adore your videos I love the vibe they create. My mid back/shoulders were hurting so I decided to to a little yoga after a hard day, week, month ect....2 minutes in I started to cry just releasing fatigue and sadness. The "give yourself some love" really got me. I just wanted to say thank you I really needed that and keep up the amazing videos.
