I loved that song because it was the only one I felt Rob was singing for real. His voice was natural here, while in the rest of the gig it sounded like the studio, I suspect there was a backtrack behind. Even in this song during 2:23-2:32 or 3:02-3:13 a backtrack can be heard I think.
There are vocal backing tracks in pretty much every song, always been that way. It's pretty easy to tell what's live and what's not though. He varies the vocal melodies on the older tracks a lot.
It also cannot be forgotten that The Tempest was a song that took the longest, to be played again now 13 years ago. That's why I give total credit for it being played last year. And so it was played now because of the Tour, I'm almost certain.
