AI "movies" seem to be rather static shots of landscapes with some camera movement or characters either posing or staring at the camera. The movements of characters seem to be either walking towards the camera or away from it. There doesn't seem to be any convincing actual movement in other directions, if that makes sense. If there are dynamic scenes, they basically always end up in AI hallucinating impossible human poses, bodies that twist around themselves and so on. The movement doesn't feel natural and is rarely composed of multiple different actions such as a person walking and then doing some other thing as a normal human would. I also despise the term "AI artist". There is not that much artistry in sitting at a computer, typing prompts until you get the result that works the best.
People keep telling me AI is here to stay, but is it? What's the point of producing so much media that no market could possibly consume it all? Okay, so now Hollywood can make a million awful movies for the price of one good one.
@@austincourtney Ok then I just misunderstood you sorry. I am just seeing alot more people calling things AI generated from the past where AI didn't even existed, that's why I reacted so harsh.
I think this is a false dichotomy, if you understand how AI works then you understand that the need for a human component will always be there. The industry will change, no doubt, but if you want something truly new and creative you need the human element. We must learn to adapt to the change, fighting it is fighting change itself, its useless. Calculators put lots of people out of business, so did computers, so did the internet, so did the printing press, so will any other new technology.
I totally understand where you’re coming from. I think the Coca-Cola thing just alarmed me because of how big the company is, and i’m worried about large companies watering down such creative projects. You’re right though, the human touch will be next to impossible to completely erase!
Sorry about the audio glitch! Total mistake on my end that I was able to fix going forward :)
Have you seen the puppet people in Abruptio? Yowza
U are so underrated
🙏🏻🙏🏻 means a ton!

My left ear really enjoyed this
Didn’t realize their was a L/R audio problem, will fix that!
Clearly it's still not there but clearly it's gotten a lot better, what isn't so clear is if it'll continue to get better
I think it will, it’s going to get to a scary point of realism probably

I'm more than a little bothered by the fact that I'm unable to tell the difference in nearly all the examples you showed here. It has me worried.
Hey! Just to let you know that your dialogue is on MONO and only coming out of the left channel.
Thanks for telling me!!! Going to fix that going forward on all the new videos 🫡
compress your voice so it is more present and clear, reduce the music volume please.
Will do! Going to work extra hard on audio clarity going forward 🫡
CGI =/= AI. You showed pictures of polar express wich was CGI and not AI...
Yeah i was just emphasizing the “Uncanny Valley” effect, it was CGI first, but now it’s AI!

AI cinematography is great but the acting is really what's important in cinema, and AI is definitely not there yet
Totally agree. No soul in the ai acting
