I’ve had the same experience with the working finish, I definitely prefer the stonewash. I also wish the hook flipper was lower profile, changed geometry, something. I have a 3” xm-18 wharnie I’m thinking of doing a flipper delete on and am thinking about redoing my working finish halftrack with a hand rubbed finish. Amazing knives though, some of my favs. Thanks brother

Just got an XM18 3inch slicer grind to go with my XM24 wharncliff. Hinderer makes a great knife. Not perfect. But still quite good.

I love my working finish on my work knife the eklipse. I have cut literally into metal wire and chipped up the edge but did nothing to the working finish. All I do is rub frog lub on the blade and rub it off with a cloth and it looks great

I would take a dremel to reshape the hook on that flipper tab and enlarge that Choil . It’s like making the shoe fit. ✌️
