And to David, who supplied the knives to Metal...thank you brother for your support, and I am glad you like our knives! Our knives are only getting better and better...lots of new stuff in the works as we speak...👍🏼
I should have also thanked you Metal! For your support and honest reviews of our knives. I like when people put it out there how it is...and you do it right...big fan since I found your channel bro, keep up the good work. It is nice to see someone with an honest view and like LOTS of brands and price points...you are allowed to like more than one brand and maker....funny how some people just dont get that. Keep it up brother.
As a few of you guys know I work for Rick Hinderer Knives, and I am one of the CNC machinists, and my job is usually running the lock sides, but have ran every mill in the shop. If anyone has questions I will do what I can to help you out. I will however not be able to talk about certain stuff, certain projects we are working on, and other privy info. I will not answer something that I am not 100% sure on, but I can probably get most answers for you guys. I have a pretty close working relationship with Rick and me and Rob are pretty close as well as Dino and I, so if I do not know the answer, or if I do not know if I am ALLOWED to talk about certain things, I will get back to you guys on it after I can get with those guys. So if anyone has any questions or any ideas on what you would like to see...please hit me up in the comments of Metal's videos...or at least the ones I comment on...I will do what I can to help. As far as arguements or opinions, everybody likes and dislikes what they want...I am not butthurt if you do not like our knives...but if you have a legit complaint, let's discuss it PROFESSIONALLY PLEASE....I WILL NOT engage in pissing matches and simply being a troll turd...so I am glad to help where I can! Thanks guys!
I have a Half Track and a Full Track.... I hit up Rick on FB a few days ago and said please make a 3/4 Track !!! He asked what to call it..... I said call it the " Sweet Spot " They would sell very well. 3.25" or 3.5" blade
@@TZOID08 that would be cool, but we are so slammed right now I doubt that will happen for a while. That takes a lot of work, it is not just taking something and making it bigger or smaller...we have to do another prototype, write programs, prove the programs, make plates and fixtures, set ups, and then there are the days of adjustments to the programs and sometimes tool paths to make it work. We have some new stuff we are working on that I can not talk about, and a new knife I am personally running right now...and folks are screaming for more full tracks...so we are so busy right now that it is gonna be a good while before he will probably have time to sit down and even start on prototyping ideas, if he decides to make that knife. I would love to see one, the half track is one of my favorites. My personal two too folders we make are the MP-1 and the half track....I would LOVE one between the halfy and the fully....
Great comparison. Like Nick Shabazz, I'm becoming a fan. Not just because of him but more so because of the improvements. Absolute Home run on the vintage series; you need to show it off more!
I think it is funny how small they look in videos...I see several of both of these(or have been the past few weeks, because these are the models we have been shipping most)every single day....and they still look huge to me in person...
Congrats on 1,500 subscribers! Also, thanks so much for this video! I have been wondering which of these two to get as my first big money knife purchase.
I love that statement “a way to clear the room while opening a bag of pretzels.“ 😂 Quick everyone run for your lives! At least no one eats your pretzels.
Great video!! I definitely like the Full Track. Uhmmm, just an idea popped up now that you made this one. Why don’t you do one comparing the differences between the Sebenza and the Inkosi?
@@bp-hx9ts lol...I used to say that....then I actually got to handle and play with some high end stuff...after that I found ways to be able to afford to buy them...it is worse than a crack addiction...but safer.
I know this is a bit old, but I recently ordered a Full Track. The moment I opened the blade I knew it was going back. It’s neat and I am sure it’s plenty well built. However, I could not justify the cost in my mind. After I got my refund I ordered an XM-24 and it’s a keeper. They are defiantly both over priced but it does not take long to see that the XM-24 is very well built.
I really just can't stand the look of the full track. It just reminds me of one of those cheap tool brand knives that you'd pick up a Lows or some shit for likw $13.
$600.00 knife, I think most people are going to put it in a silk bag and only handle it with gloves on. Of too many people are going to change out the bearings. It's a funny know n ice. It's a workmans knife with a CEO price.

Ricky and I were JUST talking about that exact same thing. +1 from me!

My Full Track is coming your way "Lock Stick from Hell" M390 . Please tune her up : )

Nice I was looking for a size comparison of the full track.
Great comparison video! I think you hit about every relevant point there was to hit. I think I’m going to have to go with the Full Track myself.
You'll love it!

I would love to, but I don't own a Sebenza. If I can get my hands on a loaner, I definitely will.
Metal Complex 😃👍🏼
I like hinderer and would own more I just can’t pick them over crk for the simple fact that I can use with no shame and buy a new blade later on.
Buy both..... I have a Full Track and I'm looking at XM-24
TZOID08 I had to buy both.
I like the philosophy better with the teflon better especially for the type of knife it is. But that's me
Good video. I really want a full track. But I’m still trying to catch-up after all the knives I bought in the past.
We need an AD20 versus trinity video.
Great video. I love the Full Track and have been looking at the XM-24.
You made me get both 😅. Thanks
I know this is a year old but any chance the green one is for sale?
Nice video, that knife is amazing.
SurvivalAustria
So torn between an XM 24 or a Chris Reeves...but like you , theres something about a big knife! 🤔
Omg I need either of these knives!!!!!
Wow 600$$! Most I’ve spent is 155$. I do like the red but I’ll never spend that on a blade
Matt Baker that’s what most people say when they start lol

@@rickmoss7040 bro I just picked up a 24 swedged spear in battle black with the black G10!!! Addiction indeed!!!!
I've watched like 5 times and I can't make up my mind... dam it. Lol
Red Beard me too!!did you ever decide ?
