Affleck should have had his own movie. I hate that we're never going to get one. I was very happy to see Micheal Keaton back. For me Keaton is first, Affleck is 2nd and Bale is 3rd. I hated how they brought Clooney's Bruce in at the end, hated the Joel Schumacher movies

Keaton was the most redeeming value of the movie. More should have been done with Sasha Calle's portrayal but she still nailed. Gal Gadot was cool but the cameo felt forced.

I hope she will play Supergirl in Gunn's reboot of the DCEU. I am hesitant about the reboot because I am worried that it won't work out or it will be ruined like the original DCEU and the Arrowverse. The biggest let down about the Flash movie for me was Ezra Miller, the fact that they went with the multiverse instead of keeping to the original flashpoint storyline. I was looking forward to seeing Morgan again as Flashpoint Thomas Wayne/Batman. The other major let down was the CGI.

I am so sad we're never gonna get a solo Batman movie, with Ben Affleck, it's a shame. I liked Ben Affleck as Daredevil but was 1 of those, wait he's Batman guys? But I came to love him in it, I feel like he carried the Justice League Movies.
Affleck's batman has thus far been wasted. He still has not had The Batman movie he deserves. He needs a standalone Batman film like Keaton, not even three like Bale. Just one, where it is just him. Even now, not seen what Affleck's Batman could be. Only parts, of what could be. Less effects, more Dark Knight Returns.
The sad thing is we'll never see this Batman again from what I know of. Since Flash changed things the damage is done. The Batman he met upon returning to the "original" timeline is not the one he last met.
I hate how they got rid of his voice distorter. Affleck has a great Batman voice, but the voice distorter made him seem more like a monster that could strike real fear into villains. It just leaned into the Batman mythos.

yeah I didn't like that they removed it. maybe it's supposed to signify that he's become a more "hopeful" hero since he started the Justice League, but the voice modulator was an integral part of this particular iteration's identity
The freeway scene was actually the coolest part of the movie and it's something Raimi about this scene here at 1:39. Reminded me of the train scene in Spiderman 2. The crazy camera angles, the heightened sounds of traffic whizzing by, Batman's grunting all reminded me of Raimi's Spiderman action scenes.
Ben Affleck has been a great Batman, and i'll definitely miss him in the upcoming DCEU.. something I missed on first watch was that little look he gives Barry just before closing the door.. almost like he's mad or maybe disappointed. Makes me think he knows just how badly Flash is about to fuck everything up, but he'd just be wasting his breath if he said any more.
When i saw batman come out of the jet with his motorbike..... i was cool moment and awesome action. A few mins later i couldnt help but wonder where i had seen something familar. Then it hit me Avengers age of ultron when black widow does a similar action sequence

The animators really did a good job on that scene at the highway, you can even see the cable from the grapling gun making sparks as it drags around other objects
Snyders direction and cinematography made for one epic Batman. This was cartoon like. They couldn't even get Afflecks mouth to move properly when he was talking to Flash
Now I see why James Gunn appointed Andy Muschietti as director of "Batman The Brave and The Bold" because he understands the character and this is the essence in Keaton has the ESSENCE (all the vehicles, the soundtrack, the phrases, the gadgets, the costumes, the fighting mode and the references to what happened in 1989 and 1992) besides that he did it with Ben Affleck it was extraordinary 💙✌🏻
