What would happen if you were to play a blocker with minervamons effect? Could you redirect the attack to the blocker? I would say yes, since the gamestate was still processing the "When Attacking".effects.
Oh my god, the title of this video and the long build up had me thinking that you were gonna reveal that Minervamon would only be able to call one body since the Sistermon's were called from the same instance.
@@Justice272 yes because blocking happens AFTER every effect revolves and BEFORE you check security. Minerva doesnt play the digimon suspended so a blocker can suspend to block.
a funny combo as the minervamon player as well if you had the parts is the skull greymon that when trashed places itself under a digimon and inherits retaliation. So if you have a blocker in trash and something that trashes on play and the greymon already in hand you can delete the jesmon by blocking unless they played the sistermon with decoy or have the delete from one of the huckmon go off on it.
He explained that in the video. You can't attack again with GX because you're in the middle of an attack while effects are processing, and blitz won't trigger even if it unsuspends, as the timing is missed for the trigger.
i actually had a rulings question about something else, but i think this video answered my question by walking through the order of effects. my question was if i was playing a ragnalordmon deck and my opponent had a Deathxmon on the field. if i only had my to lvl 6s on the field at the end of my turn, will i be able to use the end of turn eff to dna digvolve to ragnalordmon then use ragnalordmon's effect to destroy deathxmon before it can destroy ragnalordmon? based on this video, i think ragnalordmon can destroy deathxmon and stay on the field.

Just confused on the whole Play sistermon, then blitz Because obviously blitz must resolve before sistermon on play because it’s GX whole effect Or does this somehow make it so that you miss timing on your when attacking inheritable
Since the Sistermon is played during the middle of the effect followed by blitz, Sistermon triggers after you Blitz. That would cause the Sistermon and all the When Attacking effects to trigger at the same time and you can activate them in any order.
Quick ruling question on sourai from ex3 before store championships. Does it work the same as innocence blizzard where it checks after it resolves effect or if they evolve over their digimon they can attack? Thank you
Can you please do a Venusmon vs jesmon triggers after Venusmon when digivolving effect has passed !! There is so many questions on when attacking, when digivolving effects after they play and when they play the Sistermon taht gives them security attack!
I have a doubt, after your second Bt10 Sistermon that you played with Jesmon X antibody "when digivolve" effect, instead of evolving into Jesmon gx, you Evolve it into Bt5 Omnimon that do, When digivolving blitz and when digivolving unsuspend this digimon, so it's gonna be unsuspended and could make a second attack due it's blitz after all the effects are resolved? or how could be the chain of effects in this case?
A little confused. The way I've been doing it is going into Jesmon, blitz to attack, then I start at Gurimon and work my way up for effects. Is that not a legal way to do it? Especially the Huckmon effect to search 5 and add all Sistermons that way you have more Sistermons to choose from to play off of Jesmon, Savior, Jesmon X, GX, and Gankoo. I just thought you could resolve when attacking effects in any order you wish. So if you go all the way up to GX going from Jesmon > Jesmon X > Jesmon GX > Tuck the Gankoomon X you have to do all those effects including any Sistermon on play effects before you can move to the inheritables?
You can activate the when attacking effects in whatever order you want, but the thing that is happening is when a new effect triggers you have to resolve the newest effects first before going back to ones already triggered. He did it the way he did to show you this.
What is the difference between the MetalGreymon [BT1-114] and X Antibody [BT9-109] stack and Jesmon X? Why doesn't MetalGreymon [BT1-112] activate the "When attacking" effect when it digievolves with X Antibody [BT9-109]?
Jesmon X isn't a when attacking, it's a when Digivolving. When attacking triggers at the attack declaration, not just during the attack. So when you say "I'm attacking x with y" you start triggering any when attacking effects that are already out. If you digivolve mid attack, that effect was not on the board when you declared so it doesn't activate. Jesmon X Antibody and Jesmon GX don't have attack effects, they have when Digivolving effects, which trigger on digivolve, regardless of when that digivolution is.
I have a doubt: if I have an unsuspended jesmon with a lot of inherited "when attaking" effects and i digivolve it into a jesmon gx , causing the memory to pass the opponent's side; first the "when digivolving" effect trigger and for example i put a gankoomon x-antybody under his digievolution sources trigering the effect to play a sistermon and then blitz ; so in this moment since i have to finish the blitz effect first, i declare an attack, the question is: What effect do I have to activate first? the on play effect of sistermon or the effects of "when attaking"?(excuse me if my english is bad, it's not my language)
I may have worded that part a little poorly, my apologies. Since the part to “…Activate one of its When Digivolving effects.” Is in the middle of the effect, before the last part that triggers Blitz, it is still considered part of GXs effect as a whole. This mean you have to fully resolve every part of GX before you technically trigger any new effects. This means that the new On Play effect of the Sister and the When Attacking effects all are said to trigger at the same time and you can activate them in any order.
Hey, very informative video as always. Quick question, let's say I have an EX2 Sakuyamon on board and I play an Evolution Plug-In S to evolve into Maid Mode. Ex2 Sakuyamon's effect for DP- still triggers from playing the option and will resolve after I am done with the Maid Mode effect, right? You said that the DP part of ST Jesmon would not activate if we didn't use it first in that bracket, is it the same for Sakuya since the digimon doesn't posses the effect after evolving through an effect?
I thought there was a differentiation between the keywords “get” and “gain.” Gain meaning it’s Global, Get meaning it’s for Digimon on the field at the time of the effect. So Jesmon X Antibody & Gankoo X, just to reclarify, both will give the +2000DP to Sistersmons played after each of the aforementioned digimon have used their effect? If so then why?
Get and gain are basically the same thing, just a different word used, at least for the purpose of global effect. The main thing that makes something global is when it states “all of your digimon…” This makes the effect more or less affect the player thus making anything the player plays or raise also have the effect. In the case of Jes X and Gankoo X, they are both global since they give “all your Digimon” and don’t target specific Digimon that have to already be on the field. Thus, making all digimon you play until the end of your opponent’s turn gain the effects given by them.
The attack doesn’t make contact until you finish activating all pending effects. So if she was suspended and instead of attacking the player, you attacked Minerva, everything would still happen the same but Minerva would just get deleted by battle at the end instead of a direct attack at security.
@@R0boSushi If you delete Minerva with an effect while attacking and summoning sistermon's, does Minerva get its pending summons or does it just get its on deletion ?

@@R0boSushi Thank you. final question, if I use Back For Revenge on a Cerberusmon/Minervamon, can I order my On Deletion effects as I wish? Such as, trigger Minerva on deletion to summon lvl 5, then use Back for revenge on deletion to summon Minerva?
