Your reboot is way more important than the decoy. The reboot comes handy a lot more especially when you pay the price in memory for GX, you want to be able to utilize his blocking power. One of decoy and double on the reboot.
Depends on how you play. If your ratios are good and the deck draws well, you will be able to swing for 3-5 checks while doing some chip damage before that big jessy swing. If you have an ADP before playing you’ll be in a class position. Reboot protects a lot more than decoy because you’re more likely to be swung into by something.
one thing I'm finding hard to figure out is the ratios for the Sistermons now that there are so many. are there any that you would say not to use at all? I don't think I see the awakened ones in any lists

Decoy is important too, it saved my jesmon so many times from random splashed in deletion options in my locals. I end up with a 2x all sistermon build

I was debating on using awakened blanc for recovery, maybe one but im having doubts what to cut.
The win condition for Jesmon is build your stack, and protecting it. Everything else is just bonuses.
