Boros is one of my favorite characters of all time. Even though he didn’t have much screen time, it was oddly touching how tenacious he was in his fight with Saitama. Also, it was really cool how he was one of the first characters to truly understand Saitama and genuinely respect him. Although Boros is a villain at the end of the day, selfish and unconcerned with harming innocents (if it furthers his goals), you just gotta love his fighting spirit. He never gave up, even against impossible odds. That’s gotta count for something. :) One more thing haha, I legit get goosebumps every time I watch the part when Boros makes his final charge (when Saitama returned from the moon). His emotional battle cry, his utter joy at being punched by a worthy opponent, his refusal to give up even when his whole body burst open, his humble acceptance of defeat, his affirmation of Saitama, and his peace/contentment upon facing death, this is what made Boros one of my all time favorites... :’) “This man... makes me want to go all out!” -Boros

Of course, they get stronger every time they lose and either don't die or get revived because Saiyan, but if it's an initial fight, we have no way of knowing the outcome without seeing Saitama at 100%
