I remember playing this. I think you can make an S or A rank begging sign. Mine was just threatening people that it was Creeps territory and they gotta pay a tax/toll. Those who refused were beaten senseless, urinated upon and tossed into the nearest oncoming vehicle. I made alot of money that day.

Yea the whole game was fairly easy overall but I enjoyed the progression of it as a one time playthrough.
