Probably one of LeAnn's most heartbreaking songs. I bawled my eyes out the first time I heard this song.
They changed the ending from her drowning herself in the bathtub in the end to her living. The test audience's reaction was the reason for the change.
One of her best songs!
I live this losing a significant other and I was rushed to move on by everyone. Which turned into me jumping into relationships, bad ones. Now 18 years later I am twice married and twice divorced. Now finally after being so broken down I am trying to find me and don’t care what people think of the process. Thy don’t realize the damage they caused by pushing me so hard to “you have to let go, you have to move on”. If I had been able to grieve in my own way maybe life wouldn’t be what it has until this 4th time trying to rebuild. This is a special song for me!
It's almost embarrassing how much better her voice is than nearly everyone else's...
If you have not already heard LeAnn singing " Blue ", then you should. I personally think it is her best song. It was the first I heard her sing. At first I thought it was Patsy Cline singing.
