Incredible foresight to imagine the future and take such a BIG bet on new technology. It's now 2021 and these machines are working 24 hours a day and still can't keep up with demand. My new AMD Ryzen 5800X CPU at 7nm was born in one of these machines.
Actually not. Ryzen 5800X is manufactured on TSMC's N7p process, wich exclusivley uses Deep Ultra violet Lithography. It's only since N7+ (yeah, there's a difference) that TSMC is using extreme ultra violet lithography.

Fabs used some EUV processes from 2012. Fully chips only recent.
And the smartphones haven't become more cheaper
