I ran the race Saturday and I killed it. Didn't stop running once. Went from not running at all in January to running a 10k 3 months later. Now I am already looking at a half marathon in November. Crazy to think that a weird channel like this could make me a runner.... I'll meet you one day!

Story is, after an hour in the pool, he grew 3 inches both in height and below the belt which was not advertised. Of all the fitness channels, gymbros on insta and friends all around me getting into exercise, this channel is the one that made me get back into swimming. I've been swimming 3 times a week plus a daily morning cardio routine. Thank you Cody. Energy is everything.
Just ran my first half marathon this weekend!!! It didn’t go as planned, but I finished it. The wind was 40-50mph and I was battling a hip injury. It was by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done. It made me realize how much of a beast you are. Good luck in the Iron Man. You’re insane 💪🏼
When I did my first from 2-6km was on the beach. That day it was bloody raining and so windy sand got in my eyes, I could just see the people in front of me about 1km up the beach just waiting for them to turn off the beach so I knew, it fucking sucked but afterwards felt great
I recently ran 14 km! Which is a record for me. I think I’ll sign up for a half-marathon during summer. This wouldve never happened if you weren’t so inspiring, Cody. Your vids are the best.

hi cody / everyone else, currently training for a half marathon (race is in may) and I've injured my hip pretty badly so haven't ran in over 2 weeks now. feeling pretty down about it as i might not be able to race but just gonna try stay positive, seeing you get over your injury a while ago has helped me realise that its not the end of the world if i can't do the race this time round, there'll be plenty of other races choo choo

I can go on the bike for a few miles and I'm dead so all of this has been such an inspiration to me and so many others to get out of our comfort zones and push ourselves. Worth a shot! It comes quicker than you think. I was only riding 30-40mi for maybe 6 months or so and I joined my friends for my first 100k randomly and it was easier than expected, then first century a couple weeks later. I was dead after that, but I got it done!
I use a pair of headphones when I exercise that I think you’d really like tbh. They’re called aftershockz run pro or something like that & THEY ARE AMAZING!! theyre bone conducting headphones, so they rest outside of your ear- that way you can always be aware of your surroundings& you won’t really have to worry about them falling out. They also have a crazy long battery life!!! they last me at least 3 weeks before i have to plug them in again 8:51
I know Cody is a busy man with making videos, podcasts, business calls, etc but I like to imagine this is all he does. Just wakes up, runs, bikes, and swims lol.
I have my first Olympic triathlon coming up (3 weeks after Cody’s IronMan) and I have been SO unmotivated lately. I save these videos for days when I need a pick me up and now I’m looking forward to my workout bright and early tomorrow. Thanks Cody!! CHOO CHOO
