Thanks Ken. An update on the Falls. As of yet the fountain/falls have been inoperable for about 6 months. The manager claims that the pump is out but there seems to be no move to repair it. There is also little or no ability to contact the contractor HOA board with problems.
Remodeled Clubhouse, refurbished pool, refinished shuffle board, added fire pit and horseshoe pit since Andrea made this video. No lot rentals as you own your land. Greatest place to live None for sale as of 9/12/2022
