    This was so good!! So many HIIT cardio videos to way too much jumping or squatting so that my knees feel worn out before the video even ends. Some others (most pilates-cardio fusion I've tried) just doesn't get my heartrate up enough to even count as cardio (or only briefly if so)! I got my heart really going AND had enough variety for me to stick it out and protect my joints.
