Me and my bf are currently cleaning out his great grandpa's house to move into it. And we found so much food from the 80s to the early 2000s. It's insane. The 80s cans held up better than the 2000s tho for sure.
The Del Monte canned zucchini was still available at retail as of a few years ago (though it was never easy to find/widely stocked). I absolutely loved that stuff as a side-dish with chicken. I feel bad that a can of such deliciousness went to waste. 😥

It didn't loose it's flavor. Was thrown out during the winter.

As time passes, you start to run out of cans that are stored improperly, so the ones that were stored properly are the ones that survived.

I am 73 and remember eating the Marshmallow Fluff right out of the jar when I was a kid. It looked exactly as the one you have there. I loved it.
