    I just bought it! I suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, ptsd, chronic fatigue..and ans disfunction! I'm suffering and have been for over a year now! No dr will listen to me and I stumbled on this while doing tons of research on why I was feeling so awful the last year! I am praying this will help me regain my life and teach me better habits! 🙏 I'm so grateful for this, and am so happy to see the positive impact it's had on others ♥︎

    Would you say that it is comparable to listening to something with frequency and vibration sounds like binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies thru the ears versus the touch therapy idea? Have you tried something like EFT for your anxiety? I wonder if tecj and wifi are actially causing the anxiety and stress and then having to use the same to fix it? Like a circular pattern of reliance/dependency being created? Eg. People who have trauma in their lives start using drugs for relief, get hooked, then need other drugs to get off the first ones etc.

    • @ahcapella
      @ahcapella Рік тому +1

      Good question about binaural beats. If you put the Apollo Neuro up to your ear, you _do_ hear two distinct tones, though not necessarily a “beat” caused by the combination of the two. btw, have you watched Robert Smith’s *Faster EFT* videos on UA-cam, and if so, what did you think? Seems like a simpler (but much more effective, “to the point”) style than regular EFT.

  • @peteonthestreet1st
    @peteonthestreet1st 2 роки тому +1

    Hey just a few questions. Did you ever mistake the vibration for notifications, I have a smart watch and wonder if it would just be distracting? Is the vibration audible? After using it so much do you get ‘phantom vibrations?’ Cheers.

    • @Recordology
      @Recordology  2 роки тому

      The vibration is inaudible unless you put your ear right next to it and then there is a low hum. My wife Can’t stand it. You can adjust the intensity from barely noticeable to strong. To me it’s very soothing and after 5 minutes I don’t even notice it.

    • @Recordology
      @Recordology  Місяць тому +1

      Good question! I used it for years and it really helped - it was incredibly comforting. It won’t stop an active panic attack but it will help set the moot of calm and for that it was very effective. Because sort of a security blanket - early this year I misplaced it and decided to go without and so far so good - probably due to the progress I made with the device.

    • @Recordology
      @Recordology  Місяць тому

      I do still have it but have not worn it in some time because my anxiety is under better control now. It wont help during an acute panic attack but is very soothing and comforting to have throughout the day and I feel like it did improve things overall. I would still recommend it.

    • @Recordology

      Good question! It was on Social And Open I believe. That is the least effective mode for me. I don't think there was a connected however between the panic attack and the device. I believe it happened in spite of the wearable.

      I had this same thought. The true benefit of the product is in the frequency programs and sequences. The delivery system (the actual wearable) is kind of clunky. I bet they could create an app that contains the programming and just uses the vibrator in the Apple Watch.
