I heard that the mash in 46&2 at 16:33 is supposed to be the experience of shadow work converted to sound. Allegedly.
I haven't heard Third Eye in such a long time. Hearing it again it almost feels like the first time.
That, for some reason might be my favorite song of all time.. The whole song is such an overwhelming experience, it makes me feel shit I rarely come in contact with.. Holy fuck dude the goosebumps, the whole song is a fantastic journey of strangeness and discovery.
GO LIZTEN TO THE WHOLE THING!!! :D
@@pricc-om i have haha
The third eye is actually a symbol for the anus. Maynard wants to tell you all about prying his open.
"FORTY DIX IN YOU" ON CHAT WAS TOO MUCH. HOLY SHIT
LMAOOOOOOOOOO
an addition to a twitch chat I saw:
"Waltuh, put yer TOOL away Waltuh
I'm not listenin' to 8 minute tracks, Waltuh"
My jaw dropped when I saw the title of this video let’s fucking go
H. stands for "Chocolate Starfish"
Here to see this tool reactions very nice this guy know his IQ just raise with every tool album he listens XD hope to see your reaction with 10,000 days and see your reaction about the story behind 🤘
Really glad you enjoyed this album, it's one of my all time faves
First. Also, based. Brad is listenimg to more Tool.
While Tool doesn’t alway do it for me, I’m happy that you are really enjoying it. I can’t recommend the band TesseracT enough. They really take a lot of the qualities that make Tool great and improve upon them, bringing that sound into the present day. Really awesome grooves and riffs, massive cavernous ambience, and strong vocals. Not saying that you should do a reaction to their music, but check them out sometime.
I've heard of them, will have to check them out. I love the grooves of tool I'm just over the luciferian/gnostic/new-age drug spirituality lyrics and how I used to think (and tool fans still think) they're so deep. My quote on third eye is a perfect example of the nonsense I used to believe before I faked my death and became Alex Jones.
yes, yes, now just 10,000 days left. can't wait for Brad to coom during wings pt 2
Hey brad, this comment might get lost in the mix but you should react to 10,000 days. It is my personal favorite album of theirs and is definitely on par with lateralus and aenima. I bet you would love it.
Great reaction man! Hope you can find some time to react to 10000 days, their 2006 album and my personal favourite
yeah, a fellow 10,000 Days ztan woo!
Was waiting for this. Love you daddy braddy
"Prying open my chocolate starfish" ....I'm dead bro 😆😆😆
Been loving the recent videos Brad. Keep up the good work!
You should check out Karnivool, an Australian prog band. Their second album Sound Awake is fantastic and flawlessly produced!
It’s been like 20 years since I purchased this album and became obsessed with it and I just learned three months ago that the song Ænema is spelled differently than the album Ænima.
Watched the VOD this morning and I sure will fucking watch this video as well
Brad, I know others have already said but you should really get to Alice in Chains sometime! Tools first two albums remind me a bit of them. Facelift is my fav AiC album but Dirt would probably be best first listen. Thanks for the content bruv
Stinkfist is about being overstimulated by modern society, becoming numb, and needing more and more to be happy. The fisting thing is a metaphor. Imo. Also Aenema is inspired by a Bill Hicks bit and the album is dedicated to him. And obviously that's him in Third Eye.
Absolutely loving these Tool album reactions 🖤🖤
I’d say lateralus is their best album but this is my favorite. I just adore how the lyrics manage to be so angsty yet also poetic and smart at the same time.
Wishing no offense to Paul D’Amour, Justin Chancellor definitely took the band to a new level.
you should listen to a Perfect Circle, has great elements from many incredible bands and has had members from The Smashing Pumpkins, Primus, Marilyn Manson and NIN and is head by Maynard. literally any album except the newest one lol
13th step is my fav. I like gloomy alt rock.
Tool has a way to send you inside yourself...and tattoo your eardrums...it will also always be my overall favorite album
Brad the type of guy to wash his hands before peeing.
11:24 the chocolate starfish button catches me off guard every time 😂
The 10000 days album is my favourite highly recommended it
I really wonder what brad’s reaction to rosetta stoned would be
Can’t wait for your reaction to 10,000 days!
