I've never had any of those problems with my billconch safe. The app is quick to load and it always reads my fingerprint on the first try. I've had it for almost two years and never has it failed me.

It's a cheap gun locker, and I tested products from all major brands. You can buy over $8000 of these small gun safes, and then test them for over 3 years as I did, and come to your own conclusions.
One part of being a cheap product is inconsistent or bad quality control, was ok for you, but not for me.
Are you implying I faked my results?
This was my experience with these products, and when
are you supposed to place firearms in these lock boxes, I have a 0% policy for deadly issues. And trust me, if you had the better smart safes to compare it to, you would then understand just how crappy the Billcounch is.

Stick with Vaultek safes. They set the bar for all others. They have a 20 hour back up battery run time and can be opened with the key even when they are completely dead.
