Shouldn’t it regenerate itself every xxx km driven, so it keeps the filter unclogged automatic without the need of doing it by VCDS? I have Touran 2018 with 1.6 TDI myself, with 173k km. It should only clog if the automatic regeneration is never fully completed, right? (For example too many short drives)
everything you wrote is true. sometimes, however, such conditions occur when the engine control unit evaluates the situation so that a problem occurs even when the oil ash is normal
