    I came across ur video looking good keep it up if ur doing OMAD make sure u get electrolytes i use lnmt there good.

      Thanks for the tip ☺️ I actually didn’t know about the OMAD diet, I looked it up and omg that’s brutal Fr lol . I’m currently on the 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule. So we will see how this goes 😌

      @@WellAndGorgeouslyShy in 6 months I lost 90lbs with no exercise lil bit of walking I need a hip replacement that coming. I did OMAD 3 day fastings, 5 day egg diet and high protein meals
