WashTec SoftCare Pro Car Wash Review at the BP Boreham Interchange

With all the hand washes closed due to Covid-19, it was time to try the fairly old looking WashTec SoftCare Pro car wash at the BP Boreham Interchange service station adjacent to the A12 trunk road in the Country of Essex (UK).
This was the top of the range 'premium' wash at a not cheap £10 however it done a good job despite a rather weak dryer/blower effort which dries the top of the car but not the sides.
It removed everything I wanted it to remove but an auto wash is never going to be as thorough as a similarly priced outside only hand wash particularly when it comes to the cleaning the wheels and drying off.
Verdict 8/10. Expensive but not too bad wash wise. It's expensive because BP/M&S are just expensive full stop whatever you purchase. I would value this 'premium' wash at about £6 for what you get.

This system turned 13 years old in 2020. BP upgraded the equipment, programming and wash options in 2013.
