  • I made a 3-point v-ditcher. Admittedly, this is the greatest video work - wasn't even sure if it was worth posting - but here it is anyway.

My Grandpa always said be proud if you were a ditch digger and be sure and be the best digger around. Hard work is the backbone of our nation, too many are softies today. Love to see what others invent. Great video.

Enjoyed watching you make it work with what you have. I'm making one out of an old boat trailer metal parts.

Well that performed well. I'm sure you are happy to put the shovel in the tool shed for most of your future trenching projects. The main thing I would suggest is adding a depth gaging device such as a wheel or two to help counteract the tendency to dig in and stop the tractor and give more consistent depth. Nice work!

Depth gauge wheel is a great idea..

Want fast & easy attachments like you did with that bed rail, but in Wood? Get a pin nailer. They are so handy, faster than hot melt. Nice build.

Wouldd a pull behind plow do about the same thing or no? I don't have welding equipment but need something like this.

Probably not to the same depth, but could certainly work.

I was thinking it might not work at all - so this result was quite pleasing. Would've done a better job making it and making the video if I had known.

3 point mold board plow....reinventing half a wheel and welding it together isn't the answer

Hi April. If that's not the answer, what was the question?
