THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH IMAGINE THAT I JUST PUT THE RESOLUTION ON MY GALAXY A32 5G ON TO 600X600 AND IT IS A SQUARE LIKE IPAD XD. IMAGINE LADB APP THAT CHANGES THE RESOLUTION. AND I PUT IT TO 600X600 AND I WAS SO WORRIED UNTIL I FOUND THIS TUTORIAL THAT HELPED ME SO MUCH. SO I JUST RESETED MY PHONE AND IT SOLVES EVERYTHING. IMAGINE THE RESOLUTION. The power cable is the way to get it shutdown. However, it fails to go into the menu. Having the up vol key on causes the phone to reboot instead of go into the window. I have done this dozens of times with other Samsung models and this is not working. I think there maybe a hardware change within the version. There are multiple sites saying you can only fix this with a PUK code.

theres no need to connect the charger on the phone just press power key + volume down to force restart then seconds after you see the Samsung logo you said quickly press the power key + volume up key

Yes that reset does work this phone has a bad internal antenna has been admitted by the company and T-Mobile it's best to get another phone different model

Do you need to remove SIM card? what happens next? Will you be able to reboot without entering pattern?
Do you know or have a video on how to re renter or reset the a32 eimi number? It disappeared and not the phone will not work. I tried the factory and hard reset and it is still missing when you look in the phone info section. Because of this it can not read the sim card. Thank you.

How do you reset if the screen is black?
I tried on about 17 of these. The charger light never comes on. It just reboots back to galaxy logo then comes on to a locked screen again
