My 15-year-old son enjoyed this movie. And this kid is hard to please. The whole family from Grandma down to my 12-year-old daughter had a good time. Thumbs up from me and Adam’s review is 100% spot on.

Taking my daughter to see this on Sunday. She loves movies and seems especially keen on illumination films. I think its the bright colorful style and simplicity.

Merry Christmas. IDK I said in your TikToc this looked cute and fun. I like movies with beautiful nature like scenes sometimes. If this comes to streaming I will give it a try. If I had a little kid I wouldn't have minded going to give this sort of thing a see in cinema during the day for cheaper price likely. Sometimes a film doesn't have to move you to tears a la Toy Story or Shrek levels.

To be fair, I really don't know anything about Aquafina, but it totally made those 10 minutes worth it to see the pigeon she voiced be hit hard by two cars and a scooter.

This was my five year old son’s first movie theater movie and he loved it!
I agree 100% on the opening short, it pissed me off so much, I was so relived when it ended. A 10 minute fart joke? Come on.
The pace of the movie is perfect, you’re never in one spot too long.

I LOVED it when they brought the chef back at the duck farm. I should have seen that coming but it was a really fun reveal.
I have an issue with Dasani as well

Thanks for the review. I'm always on the lookout for something to take my almost 4 yr old to see. Unfortunately, nearly everything that hits the screen these days is packed with political agenda, something I am very much looking to avoid. This looks like it is probably going to be a go for us.
Went with four friends, all aged approx. 20-21, and we had a great time watching.
People look's Like The Critics were right about Rio because this movie Migration somehow not only better than Wish but better than Rio let me show you Rio 72% Rotten score Wish 51% Migration 73% Percent Rotten score good lord is Illumination knowing Hollywood is out of plans or that the industry is already this bad on flicks and their plot's!
I went to see this with my daughter and it was fine. A couple of funny moments, nothing to write home about but she enjoyed it.
Aquafina and Phoebe WB signed a deal with the Devil. Change my mind.

When will Illumination make a good movie?
Quick question, whatever happened to Adam and his Black Friend or whatever exactly that segment or media of yours was called? I know you tried alot of new things this year which is great, but that seems to have totally disappeared. Or maybe you do it still on some sort of podcast, but from what I gather it is just gone. That literally just occured to me today.
Bless got really busy and then went to Africa for like 5 months. He’s still there! We just couldn’t get timing right.

Easy breezy
I haven't enjoyed cartoon movies in a pretty long time. Especially the ones that are made for children. Its very hard for me to watch most of these animation movies that are famous now because they destroy a child's brain. I don't know what happened to animation that does not inspire children. Maybe it ain't the children, maybe its the people who make these movies; they rarely do something new an original. As an artist in my youth, I did not spend a great deal of time copying other ideas. I was inspired to make my own stuff. I made my own comic book and when i was a kid plagiarism was a huge taboo, we would not even think of tracing a picture or even using stencils, that wasn't art to us. These movies now a days don't even help children dream anymore. I guess because theres not much dreaming going on in the movies, its just the same stuff being repackaged over and over again.

Fantastic movie! Great family fun and i think dreamworks/illumination are miles ahead of disney/pixar these days. My wife and I absolutely loved it

None of them are that good currently.
Awkwafina, Seth Rogen and Phoebe Wally Budgie are such awful and grating monstrosities that I always get up and walk out the second any of these idiots appear onscreen 😅
Watched with my 3 kids. We were all happy. Cool movie.
