A popular chicken rice stall just right behind my house and it's always packed full of people regardless of hour. One of my favorite place to go after work but have to be early sometimes otherwise they sold out of chickens leaving only the Ipoh hor fun available.
I don't see whole lots of differences of Poached Chicken Rice & Hainanese Chicken Rice. It's pretty much the same concept. One piece of battered shrimp in each Wanton and can still taste the pork flavor within.

I eat at Chicken Rice Shop outlet, the menu say Steamed Chicken. But I think its literally a boiled chicken. If steam, must be dry.
No one steam chicken anymore this days for business. Save time and cost of gas. Even chinese shop its the same. Only at home do real steaming.

What are the opening hours?
12pm - till sold out. Usually about 10pm ish.
Lunch is different, mainly fried chicken. The poached/steamed chicken are selling start at 4pm.
