  • The new 110 high aspect X from Lift Foils is one of the highest aspect ratio foils out there with a 13.1 ratio. This foil is fast and has glide for days. If you have mastered the 120HA from LIFT and would like a little more speed you should have a go at this bad boy! We also go a little more in-depth on some of the other Lift foil front & tail wings. Here is a review of this new exciting foil with Evan Netsch.

I think we are all just learning A.R and will all end up with foils that have different A.R for different situations wave, downwind ,flat, speed , freestyle,

I have 5 sessions so far on my Lift 150X, mostly winging in the surf, with the 26 carve tail. My experience with it concurs that it is an ABSOLUTE amazing blend of speed, efficiency, stability and maneuverability. Nick and the Lift crew hit this one out of the park. It takes a little more board speed to take off as compared to the 170HA, but not much more and once up the extra speed and glide give many more options for lines to take in the surf. I can't wait to get an SUP session with it. You got me curious about the 110X now. I'm a little North of 180 lbs when geared up for winging, could you please let us know what Evan's weight is for a reference?

Hi Guys, first of all thanks a lot for your tutorials. Well done and very very helpful. I wonder if you could provide a tutorial for speed winging and/or riding in high winds. I am sure that there are some techniques that will make me faster and gives you more control even if you are overpowerd. For some reasons i haven´t really found a good tutorial for that. Cheers from Germany Sven

Hi Damien - slightly off-topic question. We are planning a wingfoiling trip to your area in late June - where can I get info about where to go (Ft. Pierce, Jupiter?) and can we get rentals and lessons? BTW we recently took lessons with your friend Dasher in Bonaire and we are big fans! Thanks!

Thanks for the review. Can you tell how harder is it to lift up the 110 compared to 120?

Have you guys tried this wing on an EFoil?

Really good video of skilled filers but could have done without fouls cutting thru a crowded line up of surfers, I see big conflicts on the horizon with this. For the record, not opposed to foils at all.

Mr. Nitch, during a dialogue, you have to leave the others room to say a word... sometimes.....
