Surgeon selling surgery as safe, shocking 😂
Do they do jaw surgery for deep bite patients to move the maxilla forward a bit? I have no breathing problems or severe TMJ (except my jaw clicks occasionally on the right side but it’s not significant) but I have the typical flat mid face look and eye circles as a deep bite patient. There’s no orthotropists in my area and I’m scared to treat it with Invisalign and bite ramps because I don’t want to lengthen my face/chin since I already have a prominent chin when I smile (despite my bottom jaw being slightly recessed). I’m definitely far better off than most surgery patients in terms of quality of life, but I was just wondering about aesthetics.
Very good video!, I watched it completely. I also have a question. What affects the face is just having bad body posture? Or what affects the face is having bad body posture, which causes your tongue not to be on the roof of your mouth. I say this because I have kinda bad body posture but my tongue is allways completely at the roof of my mouth.
But doesn't it extract the wisdom teeth?
No, Im using him and he said I can keep my wisdom teeth!
I wonder how long the entire process takes for the average person. In terms of how long braces have to be worn prior to the day of surgery.
with MSE + Braces it can take up to 2-3 years (orthodontist about my case)
@@awanderer9966 With Dr Alfi its 3 months invisilign before surgery and then a few months after so about 1 year.
Whats the cost
I want to trust Dr Alfi, his “words” and “intentions with those words” seem to fit with what I’m looking-for, but for some reason, I’m wondering if it’s just “words”…I would like to see some pre-op/post-op pictures on his website
