CurryBoy44 Why would your fuckin' job be more important than your brother in law? Why would you protect the world as the expense of destroying your family? Why would you ever turn your back on family? Bitch please, Hank as just as big of an egomaniac as Walt. He spent the entire show chasing Heisenberg, and he wasn't going to accept defeat, even if it meant ruining the lives of everyone in his family, including his own.
That was definitely my second favourite bit. My first favourite bit was when everyone died in that wedding scene & then it ended and then Hank woke up & Walter exploded & Jessie ate the remnants & has 2.5 kids & a white picket fence & said "come with me if you want to live" & then hit ran over by a lawn mower then went bowling & ate extreme cheddar Doritos & exploded in impact. That was the Oscar moment. A great 10 seconds of film right there.
Just finished the series like a week ago and I’m still in awe. The acting, writing, visuals, everything was perfect. Of course I had to watch El Camino right after to get some closure on Jesse
I’m upset Hank didn’t make it through to the end but he was for sure the hero of the story. And his final line was delivered perfectly. In fact you can even say the end of Walter was Hank dying.
He was a bully who treated Walt with no respect. Even in front of Walt Jr. His treatment of Walter was one of the reasons Mr. White became a criminal. What a guy.
@@650ic6 lol. Are you kidding😂 How was he a bully, I think he was the best character on the show. He loved his wife, Walter, and his nephew and wanted the best for them. He tried to befriend Walter but Walter was too proud and idiotic to accept these gedtures
Am I the only one who liked Hank? Yeah, he could be a bit annoying, but he didn't have our perspective and it was his job... you know guarding people's peace and stopping criminals... in real life we usually need and appreciate those people. He acted accordingly to his conscience and knowledge. And he was brave, sometimes funny and pretty badass... think of the twins in the car park. And he gave a great dimension to the show.
Disciple Toki He had good intentions. And the whole thing did end up killing two children and poisoning another one, not to mention the cost of the grown-ups so even if you support drug use as such, this business was harmful in other ways.
Disciple Toki By two kids I meant the brother of Jesse's last girlfriend and the kid in the dessert, also this reminds me of how both girlfriends died. "criminals take up the cause"," the DEA they are the real criminals not the users." - aren't the real criminals the *criminals* who distribute them? The ones who don't mind killing people if doing otherwise harms the business? So you think that the real criminal here is Hank, not say Gas or Walter or Tuco? I see how Badger's not really a criminal, but saying that the DEA is the criminals while what they're trying to do is, maybe ill-advisedly, but still trying to keep peace, and not the actual murderers seems a bit absurd. It's a bit like saying that teachers are responsible for student cheating (compare with using drugs), selling the right answers (compare with selling drugs), and bullying people to keep quiet about it (compare with killing people). If they didn't prohibit looking in the books, student's wouldn't have to do it "illegally". And you can argue that cheating isn't bad, since they learn something anyway.
Disciple Toki Nice idyll you have there in your imagination. In reality though it would be easier for kids to access them (since it would be easier for adults to access them), people could still overdose and if they couldn't because of some regulations there still would be cartels and such to fulfill the demand and people would still probably feel they're being imposed unnecessary rules. I agree though that the drugs would be cleaner and some of the problems would reduce, but I don't believe it would happen to the amount you're exaggerating. And there's a chance that if they became legal like alcohol they'd get promoted and advertised to the general public, which could create a set of problems. Also imagine the fighting over which ones would be totally legal and which ones would be controlled or limited. And in the free market the government can't limit company production as far as I know so there's that. Like I said it would be complicated. p.s. "The laws are illegal" ...are you sure that's what you meant? =p
Disciple Toki In general I agree that the system should be changed , but I disagree about the human liberty part. The restrictions you suggest would still limit person's liberty, restrictions to not smoke or drink in some public places limit personal liberty, even laws against stealing or vandalism or murder limit personal liberty. Almost any law does it, if not all of them. That doesn't make a law bad. The real question is how justified the law is - weather the benefits of having it are worth reducing the personal freedom. I'd say it totally is regarding murder or stealing. Drugs, though, they definitely aren't next in that list. I think law is totally justifiable if it guards person's rights, like in the case of stealing - it limits the rights of one person to violate the other person's rights. So in a way I agree with you, drugs generally harm only the person itself - similarly like smoking or alcohol. But that being said, I'm not sure I'd want to live in a society where not only alcohol but also drugs were considered a norm. Don't get me wrong, I like to drink once in a while, but there are enough of bad things that come out of it, like more accidents for example, that I don't run head first into supporting this. And how do you suggest they be controlled?
Walter was an egotistical dickhead who finally let that rampant ego and sense of maligned entitlement off the chain. Fascinating character to watch but a terrible human being if he was real
It’s kind of like the nice guy syndrome. Guys who think they’re entitled to acceptance by women because they deemed themselves nice enough. Walter is relatable in the sense of feeling cheated or underappreciated for sure. But his ego and sense of entitlement starts to take over and is his downfall.
I just saw Hank's death and I can assure that I've never felt this sad for any character in my whole life. Dean Norris and all Breaking bad's people deserve a place in heaven for what they accomplished in this serie. Thanks for being such a tremendous actor, what you all guys have done is the most extremely pure piece of art in audio-visual history.
My heart just sank at 3:28 :( Walter v. Hank became the central arc, but not how we expected. it made the show bigger and the true 'final showdown' even more emotionally meaningful. Walt avenges Hank AND saves Jesse, and all this goes to show how damn good the writing was.
BB is obviously brilliant but for me Dean Norris is the best actor on the show ; truly brilliant how he's portrayed this alpha male and his subsequent vulnerability after being shot. Thoroughly deserved an Emmy shame he didnt get one
It's funny because while Jesse is hands down my favorite character in this series, Hank was the one who really grew on me into a character I absolutely loved. He starts out the show as this meat head you think is just gonna be strung along stupidly and poked fun at and he ends it as one of the most intelligent heartfelt characters who only ever really wanted to do what was right. Ozymandias probably fucked me up harder than ANY piece of media ever has, and it was all because of how much I came to love Hank.
Indeed, Jesse’s my favorite with Hank as my 2nd favorite. I’d love to see an alternate timeline where Hank pulls a Frank Abagnale on Jesse and has “apply himself” to help the DEA with their cases while mentoring Jesse. Edit: ok, actually Wendy is my 2nd favorite character (because I’m a sucker for the Hooker with a Heart of Gold trope), but still…
"Goddmanit Marie, these ain't no rocks!" "I'm ASAC Schrader and you can fuck off" "You're the smartest guy I ever met but you're so dumb you don't know that he made his choice" Probably my favourite character on The Wire.
+Kevin Kibble It's actually "You're the smartest man I've ever met, but you;re to stupid to see... He already made up his mind 10 minutes ago." And "My name is asac schrader and you can go fuck yourself"
I’m actually genuinely upset because of Hanks death. Dean Norris is new favorite actor. His performance on BB is astounding. The depth, nuances and credibility is the best I’ve ever seen.

Why would you ever turn your back on family? Bitch please, Hank as just as big of an egomaniac as Walt. He spent the entire show chasing Heisenberg, and he wasn't going to accept defeat, even if it meant ruining the lives of everyone in his family, including his own.
It was awesome when Walt Jr. replaced his crutches with machine guns and took out all of the nazis and cartel guys
I knew it!
+LFiers my mind hasn't been this fucked in a long time
LFiers Sounds like the plot to a black mirror episode
Agoonga Just the image of this had me laughing
"Who's Heisenberg now bitch!" lmaoo
Just finished the series like a week ago and I’m still in awe. The acting, writing, visuals, everything was perfect. Of course I had to watch El Camino right after to get some closure on Jesse
domt forget watch Call on Saul too
his laugh is the same lol
my favorite scene with hank is when he finds out Walter white is heisenburg it's like so much emotion hits ya then so much hatred awesome show
If I recall..he was sitting on the toilet. So many feelings.
+NoodleChi but no fillings lol
Heisenburger
Yeah. A mixture of rage and "how could I have been so stupid" all in that moment. One of the best acted scenes of the show.
My favourite is Walt and Hank's first encounter after he finds out
A$AP Schrader
***** I know what ASAC is. It was a reference to ASAP rocky. That's why I changed the S to a dollar sign...it's a meme. Welcome to the internet.
what the fuck are you two talking about !!
ronnie nirvana Google A$AP Schrader. You'll see a picture of ASAC Schrader, photoshopped onto A$AP Rocky's album cover. You're so confused lol.
***** Lol black people have no idea what ASAC is
and white people have no idea who ASAP is...
In a nutshell... Culture clash
lol the black dude would make a comment about a$ap rocky xDxDxD
I’m upset Hank didn’t make it through to the end but he was for sure the hero of the story. And his final line was delivered perfectly. In fact you can even say the end of Walter was Hank dying.
He was a bully who treated Walt with no respect. Even in front of Walt Jr. His treatment of Walter was one of the reasons Mr. White became a criminal. What a guy.
@@650ic6he wasn't a bully, Walt just had a massive ego but always tried to hide it until he snapped and went full psycho mode
@@650ic6 lol. Are you kidding😂
How was he a bully, I think he was the best character on the show. He loved his wife, Walter, and his nephew and wanted the best for them. He tried to befriend Walter but Walter was too proud and idiotic to accept these gedtures
@@650ic6 how is hank a bully lmao
It was the end of Heisenberg when Hank died.
"I just hope I'm alive"
Well...
though Wiki says he asked Vince to kill his character in first half of 5th season =|
YEAH BITCH... MAGNETS.. OH!
well he died at the end basically ...so..it is not a big waste
Am I the only one who liked Hank? Yeah, he could be a bit annoying, but he didn't have our perspective and it was his job... you know guarding people's peace and stopping criminals... in real life we usually need and appreciate those people. He acted accordingly to his conscience and knowledge. And he was brave, sometimes funny and pretty badass... think of the twins in the car park. And he gave a great dimension to the show.
Hank is a great character. I liked.
I have to say, I love how he went with his gut and was funny even though it was a drama. He's one of my favorite characters.
Hank is my favourite character of Breaking Bad, absolutely
It’s not just Hank, but this guy has played literally every policeman ever.
And councilman too.
This guy hank played dean norris and all law enforcements on each tv show. He’s a great guy!
I’m pretty sure he was in Terminator 2 the one who yelled get out now with the bomb squad
@@dillonmanning5612 right
When you cannot imagine anyone else playing a certain role, the actor playing that role has done a good job
I feel the audience should be laughing more at his jokes. He's funny as hell.
Yes
He's a Jerk in Real Life!!!

Hank Schrader Treat Lightly, Hank!
You held a bag worth o half a million in cash n you never knew. Go home, hank.
Yo hank u ain't got nothing on me yo
No ur the one who broke my door down
Walter is the underdog rejecting the system after being shit on, after a lifetime of playing by the rules. That's why he may be seen as a tragic hero.
Elu Arkham walter manipulates the audience as well as he did jesse and his wife, we didn’t see the depth of what he was really doing
Walter was an egotistical dickhead who finally let that rampant ego and sense of maligned entitlement off the chain. Fascinating character to watch but a terrible human being if he was real
Elu Arkham until he poisons a kid, of course.
Mububban23 absolutely NOT!! WE NEED MORE LIKE HIM!!!
I’m excited I can watch all these interviews now that I binge watched the whole series w/o finding out one spoiler. Love this cast & show.
"I just hope I'm alive."
Haha, what a story, Dean.
I mean he got through 14/16 so that’s pretty good
It seems he wasn't really acting in the show :D
Doesn't surprise me. You can tell.
Best character in the show. I was rooting for him the whole time
Right up to the second Jack pulled the trigger I didnt think Hank would die. It took me completely by surprise and broke my heart.
Nobody could've played Hank the way Dean played him. One of my favorite characters in the show
I just saw Hank's death and I can assure that I've never felt this sad for any character in my whole life. Dean Norris and all Breaking bad's people deserve a place in heaven for what they accomplished in this serie. Thanks for being such a tremendous actor, what you all guys have done is the most extremely pure piece of art in audio-visual history.
Wow his personality is exactly the same in the show.
"Chicken-slinging son of a bitch!"
- Hank Schrader referring to gustavo fring.
Lol
+naif alqhtani haha yes
My heart just sank at 3:28 :( Walter v. Hank became the central arc, but not how we expected. it made the show bigger and the true 'final showdown' even more emotionally meaningful. Walt avenges Hank AND saves Jesse, and all this goes to show how damn good the writing was.
"Bap bap! Who's Heisenberg now, bitch?"
Hahaha!
Team Hank Ftw, he was bad ass, destroying those Cartel twins.
And Tuco, I posted the comment, before I'd watched, episode 13 of s5, was absolutely gutted.
BB is obviously brilliant but for me Dean Norris is the best actor on the show ; truly brilliant how he's portrayed this alpha male and his subsequent vulnerability after being shot. Thoroughly deserved an Emmy shame he didnt get one
He puted some of his personality in the movie what an actor
Edit: ok, actually Wendy is my 2nd favorite character (because I’m a sucker for the Hooker with a Heart of Gold trope), but still…
"Goddmanit Marie, these ain't no rocks!"
"I'm ASAC Schrader and you can fuck off"
"You're the smartest guy I ever met but you're so dumb you don't know that he made his choice"

He looks very much like Michael Chiklis who played The Thing. www.imdb.com/name/nm0004821/?ref_=tt_cl_t4
I thought it was him for like 3 seasons.
Gosh, how many likes is this simple comment getting.
I guess that's why Walter White called him a poor man's Michael Chiklis in the alternate ending.
