Might add that Russia's biggest and deadliest nuclear threat to coastal cities includes an extremely large explosion forming a massive tidal wave - Manhattan simply gone with huge radioactivity residuals for decades.
The value of the "get inside, stay inside and wait for directions" public service announcement/ directives would be laughable if it was not about something so very deadly.

She didn’t say anything which isn’t been known for a long time. And as you said, not accurate anymore. Don’t get why she is a big deal right now.
Seems she is being promoted for propaganda purposes.
@@dodsonarmsco in the interview I watched she kept focusing on how the president could start a war all by himself. She was obviously leaning toward taking the ability away from the president. Even mentioned the evil orange man a few times.
