Thanks. Still so much to do but the backyard is looking a little more civilized now. The porch was a ordeal. Our contractor had a good framing crew but their finish work was shameful and while Installing the roof on the porch rainwater damaged the walls in our kitchen. Slowly getting there. My wife and I have always wanted a kind of ‘private oasis’ behind the house and we’ve finally bit the bullet.
