It really is a shame that this garden was left to get in such a rough state , I’ll bet it was a gem many years ago . The expression “ you can’t polish a turd “ comes to mind .
What you guys achieved, Lee, is nothing short of spectacular. Before and after, is just unbelievable. Don’t underestimate, what you’ve accomplished 😀👍💯
Oh boy!!!!!!!! Mammoth job, and I am glad you and your crew are able to approach this “tidy up” with such a great get the job done goal. I look at this mess and start salivating - beauty job like a sizzling Tomahawk at the finest prime steakhouse, lol. (never had one of them but seemed like a good description).
This makes my neighbours garden look tidy,if fact David Attenborough jumped out of next doors bush growth to ask me what tribe I was from 😀, great job guys some Serious graft here
My thoughts exactly about mission impossible. Jeeze O'Peats what a job!!! Hope they got charged a ton for all that work! Night and Day difference in the before and after.
Now that a job and a half, 8 o'clock last night in shed sharpen 3 hedge cut hedge😧. Apart from when it's raining, we have the best office's there is. You did a great job there what a difference. 👍👍 P.s I'll give you a shout out in my next video.
What a big, well huge difference Lee & Phil brilliant work as always. Im steadily going through all your videos, & love all the before & afters, not to mention all the tips too. I'm in the process at present of trying to get rid of Mares Tail invasion in my daughters garden which is gravelled, with a few plants. I'm thinking of a weed gun to burn it all to weaken it, have you ever come across it Lee, and succeeded to get rid of it by any other method. Much appreciated for any help. 😕
This area of the country is very nice. I was just thinking that was not a job for one person and I spotted your coworker. Dear Lord it is quite a project
Huge task Lee. Thats a killer walking behind the mulcher. I use a Honda scissor scyth with a 4 foot cut, very effective but a lot of pulling and shoving.
Makes me want to start my own business ☺️. Lawn care, Deshrubbing and pruning, snow removal/ salting gritting in winter and maby pressure washing stonewalls and gardenwood. Basically tidy up's That's all. No weeding, soft or hard landscaping, planting etc. Were I live all garden debry must be disposed of by the customer😁, since landscape companies are not allowed to at the local tip.
Some gardens just need napalmed. Client will be kicking themself if they wouldn't pay for removal of the trimmings at least to a compost pile as that nutritional mulch will ensure it's as bad in a few months. Good work and I bet satisfying to see the end result.
michael kilner Hi Michael no skip we shredded everything up . mower is a sherpa. Does a great job. we are on a big job similar with it so should be video with it soon🤞. Thanks for watching👍
huge job and some. well done all. not going to ask the price but when u bid with ur price, do u go low to get the repeat main. visits or go high and not come back. One off price, as its selling and the seller wont be contacting u again? thanks for sharing
Nice job Lee, considering the magnitude, plus the down hill. Someone has really neglected this yard for too long. What's that mower you using, I have seen you use it, is that a bush cutting, string or blade. 😉👍👍👍👍
I have a Husqvarna string weed trimmer like that, you can put on metal wires or heavy duty plastic strips. It’s a beauty, but goes through it’s gas tank too fast-needs a fanny pack of extra fuel. I also have a large farm type tractor with a bush cutter I can put on. It is not the thing for this hill job- very dangerous because of possible and probable tip over. Hence using that beefy string trimmer. You can let it go if it is running rampant down the hill.
Hi, we inherited a lovely garden with an acre paddock attached which is on a slight slope, years ago they used to keep Shetland ponies on it but it’s been left so has lots of tufts of grass not easy for a normal mower! You have any suggestions on the best tool to cut it down. There’s no access for large sit on equipment as it’s landlocked?
How you kept to the owners wishes, I don't know! Must have been a bit frustration for a great gardener like you. You guys did a wonderful job for what owner wanted. Has it sold? Does it have a name, would love to search the net for old photos of it just for kicks. Love your videos. Learn a lot From Virginia in US.
I could of done that job for a couple hundred quid in a few hours with about 90 gallons of roundup and. Flame thrower a week later lol 😂 well done that was a mamouth task of a job. Not sure there’d be any fish left in the river though 🥴🥴🥴🥴😂
I could have bought a house free and clear and paid for all my medical when the job was done for all you did on this job. When looking at jobs, sometimes it's a good thing to say "Nope".
Well...I know what I do...not sure it's the right thing but I pour boiling water on the nest . The spot will need reseeding etc afterward but the powders font seem to work.
Nothing wrong with sharpening your blades this way but you should be filling in one direction only. They Sthil blades take a sherpen very well and they stay sharp longer than most other brands. Tanaka blades are softest i have used good machine but blades are rubish.
Lee, When you hyper-lapse your talking, you sound like 🐿🐿🐿 "Time-lapse" is usually when the camera stays in one location. "Hyper-lapse" is when the camera moves from one location to another.
if these people wanted a good job done, you need to dig about two feet down and remove everything. Seed grass all one kind, then discuss what kind of flowers and border they want. They probably don't want to pay someone for that kind of work. Leveling it makes it all look the same. Shame
W O W!!! What a massive project! Results are absolutely beautiful! Well done! And so fast too! 👍👍
Cheers Cheryl 😊
Wow what a difference, great job Lee, you certainly don't shy away from hard work! Thanks for sharing... I'm worn out just watching😄😄😄👍👍👍👍👏👏👌👌👌🌳🌳🌱🌱🌱
😄😄thanks Jean
Looking at the end result I would say that you did the best possible job on a “mission impossible “ situation .
Nice job guys. I enjoy seeing the English countryside. I was in London for Christmas 1973/ 74. Different to Christmas in Australia.
😊😊👍🏻
That is a beast of a job, well done lads.
It really is a shame that this garden was left to get in such a rough state , I’ll bet it was a gem many years ago . The expression “ you can’t polish a turd “ comes to mind .
Ha ha ..i agree...I would have liked to get it back in order with maintenance 🌲🌲🌿
Oh my word!! Only you could pull that off. Good going!!! 👍🏻👏
Lee.im sure I went to look at this job about two and a half years ago. You are braver than me. It scared me to death. Great job pal.
OW Looking a Lot Better GOD BLESS YOU!!!!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Boss Job well done for just 2 men. Cold pint well earned
Thanks Denis. you need a pint for going the distance ;-)
I bet you didn't need a lullaby to get you off to sleep after a days work in that garden.
I'm knackered just watching you.
Just getting from top to bottom was tiring 😂😂👍
That came out wonderful. Love it. Even the crew team passing by. Lots of blood, sweat, an tears on this one, good job
😊😊😊👍thank you
You take on the biggest jobs.....that place is beautiful. What a view!
Lovely area 👍👍

Cheese O’Pete!!!!! Are you from the Midwest--upper U.P in Michigan? I would say after LHL got their job well done….. “Holy Wah” !!!!
30 goats surrounded by electric pulse fence, would devour all of that in a week. 😁 it must have been beautiful at one time.
Gosh that’s a big job but I know for sure it will look amazing 😉
WoW at first I thought bulldozer and complete redo !! You must have the patience of Jobe. Excellent my hat is off to you and your company !!

Such a neglected garden. Nice to see it’s potential.

You can get a weedkiller that is for mares tail called curtail but its expensive..you can use weedkiller but stand on the plant to bruise it first .
This area of the country is very nice. I was just thinking that was not a job for one person and I spotted your coworker. Dear Lord it is quite a project
Yes its Chester ..a lovely area. Thus was a few years ago when Phil worked with me 👍

Hell of a job!!!

Fantastic job done there..well done lads the owner must have been well chuffed.
billy d thanks Billy glad you enjoyed it. Yes they were pleased but we were only asked to get it looking reasonable for selling 👍

Nice job, did you need a skip? That rough cut mower reminds me of a machine my uncle used to have that we called an Allen scythe. What machine is it?

You’d wantto charge 2000 pound for that job it’s a mess and big ,you guys worked hard on that job ,
Nice job Lee, considering the magnitude, plus the down hill. Someone has really neglected this yard for too long. What's that mower you using, I have seen you use it, is that a bush cutting, string or blade. 😉👍👍👍👍
It's called a sherpa roughcut ..just normal blade but much stronger 👍💪

Very good job! Needs a few more cuts now with a regular mower!
It was just a one off tidy mate...be nice to see what it's like now 👍
Wow what a job, no wonder they called you guys in
😁👍💪💪

Sounds like a job for a brushcutter 🤔
Think Lee is on the right track , I have a D. R. Brush mower , which looks a bit like the thong in this vid but a bit heavier .
Wow 😮

From Virginia in US.
thank you..yes we maintain it but not to our standards I'm sorry to say . We go about every 6 weeks to " keep it down" 🙈🙈
@@LHLgardenservices Well, just give it love while you can. I swear it's like the grounds and the house feel that you care.
What brand and model number does the big dog have? Another thing I hate is tree removal especially stumps of shrubs.

💪💪😁🙏
That mower is a monster
💪💪😊👍
Was this place a private residence at some point? It looks a bit institutional. Beautiful work, though!!
yes just a big house 💰💰💰
How do you price up a job this massive?! What did they end up paying?
You have the most lovely views there
😁😁😎👍
Any chance that you could get hold of an old photo showing what the garden was like in it’s hey day , it bet it was a picture .
No mate.. just a one off job 👍
I imagine it was quite beautiful at one time.

Ellen......'NOPE' is not an option 😁😁
HiLee,hope you're well. What's the name of that minster mowerthere ?
What do you use to get rid of And hills or ants in general?
Well...I know what I do...not sure it's the right thing but I pour boiling water on the nest . The spot will need reseeding etc afterward but the powders font seem to work.
I will give that a try! It's better then all the chemicals they use!
Thanks!
I think if I had been the owner I would have saved me money and told everyone I was creating a wildflower meadow
😄😄😄😜
why did these people let their property go to shambles????
Because sometimes compost happens in your life. You are busy putting out fires and saving lives and the smaller or usual stuff has to wait.
Can i ask the name of the heavy duty mower?
That was genna be my question
Sherpa 👍
@@LHLgardenservices Cheers mate!

Fair play chaps, that was a rough job. My first thought was NAPALM!!!

You could have done with the Grim Reaper’s help, he could have done some good for a change x
😄😄😄👌👌💀
Wow very large 2 or acreage.
👌👌😉
What’s the name of the mower
Sherpa bravo
Thank you great job

You need a miricle not a lawn mower
👍
I wouldn't have used the mower till last think I would have used the strimmer 2 get it down rake it up then mowed
musculoskeletal injury awaits you.
@@FrankEdavidson but im not doing the job so i will b fine lol
Mower did a fantastic job but why use the mower here instead of a brush Cutter? Wouldn’t a brush cutter have been quicker?
We were using both
It’s a job for a Scag 61 Cheatah

@@LHLgardenservices its a job for a Scag with landing craft.
