      Yup, not poor editing, but the cost-cutting edits of reruns these days, needing more time for commercials. Just watched it now, exactly cut up like this missing the part where he has the alarm.

      ***** It worked out GREAT! Instead of constantly leaving the office to get away from some of my annoying co-workers or falling asleep in the empty and uncomfortable stairwell, I was able to remain in the office and avoid everyone for a brief period by setting up shop underneath one of the tables in our makeshift storage room. There were so many boxes in there that blocked the view of my hiding spot. I nicknamed my hiding spot "The Rabbit hole". When I told a friend about that, she laughed and told me about this episode of Seinfeld and sent me the link to the video.
      That rabbit hole was great, Lol. It allowed me to take some sweet naps at work without the fear of being detected.

It turned out to be a prank call by some HighSchool Seniors who just wanted to get out of School early(We didnt find out it was Kids making the call. Police traced the phone number and saw it belonged to a payphone out side the Cafeteria (The Cafeteria was used for StudyHall after lunch). I bet those kids aren't laughing now if they got charged for making that call I know this happend in spring of 1993 too bad it wasnt on UA-cam back then that is if there had been a UA-cam im guessing it would have gone viral

      Normal careers don't reward this kind of thinking and behavior. I know because people have said this exact same thing to me and I have no normal career. If you care, the reason why is because we don't follow instruction well and our personalities clash with the normals. Both George and I are great at coming up with things that don't actually have a place in the world to make money with but we can manipulate people somewhat with them. He was a successful hand model though, that's true. But it never lasts.

    The sheer magic/genius of Seinfeld was creating one-time characters (or characters that had 3 or 4 appearances tops) that you remembered forever. Sue Ellen Mischke. That carpenter with no opinion. Elaine's commie boyfriend. Mr. Bookman. The Soup Nazi. Hell, some of these people are still remembered just for that one appearance 20-25 years later.

    • @robinabernathy2829
      @robinabernathy2829 2 роки тому

      The soup nazi is a brand now off of that one time on the show. He's been on several things doing this character. I think he was even on in a SB commercial.
