I have the same bike an 06 FJR in the gold colour mine idles just like you'res when warm a bit higher from dead cold in winter how's the clutch been in yours mine has done just about 166 KMs or a touch under i seen an Australian bike club photo of the speedometer reading on an 86 FJ 12 red and white with 660 odd KMs those figures are amazing stay safe and upright my friend from the Bellarine peninsula Geelong VIC
Those 'spiders'/wiring earth busbars are a pain in the ass. Once theyre all cut off and soldered together and then extra wiring earthed properly to a frame earth then prob sorted. That idle tickover can get stuck sometimes at the throttle body end. Just follow the adjuster to the unit on throttle bodies and it can be cleaned out and sorted. 1000 to 1100rpm normal.

I replaced my clutch on 152000 ks
The bike has 169000ks on it just brilliant
