We live in a small, former, caravan park cabin, we purchased. It measures 40 feet in length x 20 feet width. Would one of your pontoons be suitable to put our cabin onto, to make it into a houseboat ? If the park we live in, gets redeveloped & we have to move our cabin out. We are considering this pontoon option.

How would you change the floats if needed to? Cut outs where the bolts are would help.
Never really had to replace any. You can do cut out if you can’t lift the deck, or add some inspection ports if need be. We had one that needed replacement, it was damaged due to a giant crocodile.
would you be able to put water jet engines in the floats at the end instead of the outboard ie tail floats molded to house a water jet and engine

Great idea, would appreciate if you can tell me the difference of aluminium, fiberglass & polyethylene which is strong and heavy duty Hulls can stay for longer years?
As well the larger size of pantoon can be built?
Am planning for building taxi pantoon for 15-20 passengers having manpower of cycling system connected to large sternwheel at the back of the pantoon?
Could you please help me with the design and mechanical plan.

Polyethylene pontoons will last 50+ years. Yes we have a larger float. Check out marinedocksystems.com.au for larger floats and frame drawings.

You can use the central tanks for water storage. We do have a larger float so you can just run two rows. See our houseboat floats and frame in another video on our channel.
Why is it so heavy? Can't stick it on my roof racks. You should sort that out, then I'll tell you my next idea.
