Leanne, I understand that there are two broad categories - one is Garden Roses. What is the other category ? In India we have Dutch roses (mostly varieties nonfragrant, good shelf life, straight stems) and then Local roses (fragrant, lower shelf life, lots of thorns). Can you please reply?

The bouquet that Leanne shared on Flower School Live contained garden roses (which are a special kind with beautiful full petals), standard roses (which are the typical flowers used in floral design that come in different lengths), and spray roses (which are small roses clustered together on a stem).
