I watched this when you first put it out and have been trying to word my comment. You did a great reaction, but the others that left a comment about the one with David in the lead are spot on. I enjoy listening to you when you point scriptures out and the joy you have sharing the gospel. You just beam and I think you should make sure you put yourself and The Word out there as much as you can. You reach people! God bless you! P. S. My requests are probably repeats from others but I think you would really enjoy The Dream and Ava Maria/The Lord's Prayer. There are so many and not one bad one, so just dive in to the Phelps rabbit hole. 💖

I love the gaithers. They did a good job. But i loved it when david phelps, michael english, mark lowry, and wes hampton sung it. That was a great group.
Guy Penrod....great Godly man.
That was Guy Penrod singing the lead on that one. There is another version of this song after Guy left the group. David was the lead singer on that one. The Vocal Band has changed members many times over the years but, the concert they did when they had David Phelps, Michael English, Mark Lowery, Bill Gaither and Wes Hampton was one of their best, in my opinion. That whole lineup of songs they performed that night was spectacular! God bless.

Loved this reaction…That was Guy Penrod on the Lead, incredible voice, emotive with a huge range to back it up, I think he did the solo lead best on the song especially since it was written with his vocals in mind but The New Modernized rendition where David Phelps does the lead after Guy Left for a solo career has the better harmonies due to the sound quality and video production overall being better…The Gaither Vocal Band are actually an international singing group not tied to a set church but they do have their own studio….They’ve even sang for the White House and Had a concert at the Sydney Opera House…I would Like to Recommend you to React to Guy Penrod’s Rendition of “Revelation Song”
