First of all, we're talking about CN solo, in a PF gig! Of course Gilmour would play it. Secondly, Gilmour didn't always play the same things in the solo during the 94' tour. Every solo had changes, maybe small, but still, Gilmour never ever plays the same thing twice. And if these are not good enough... I've spoke to people that were there that night, and they say it's him. ;) :P

Strålende. Jeg synes David Gilmoure er helt topp ! Run Like Hell på Valle Hovin var helt sykt. Ps! Du husker vel grisene på One of These Days selv om du var 9 ? :)
Kristian Tennebø The question still bugs my mind: The second solo doesn't sound as if Gilmour is playing it. Can you remember whether tis is the original recording or a fake . I know it is 20+ years and hard to remember.
When he played that part I thought he must have broken a string, and had to improvise by changing it up and staying on a single string. Really goos though.
@@c.bro.572 well, the speed of the beat is slower than usual, which leaves Gilmour open to more speedy solo interpretations. That's my guess. :-) I was there, btw. ;-)

1 - it's a reference to what 2 is about 2 - at the time of writing, Waters was taking muscle relaxant medication that made him feel quite numb 3 - the last album on which Gilmour and Waters both have writing credit is the wall, so Comfortably Numb is probably one of the last
1, those lyrics are from waters describing how his hands felt bigger than they should when he had a fever when he was younger. 2. No the song isn't about drugs, it's about being ill. Hence the fact that "pink" is in bed as a child during part of the movie whilst comfortably numb is playing. The last song they wrote together? You cant really answer that question as Floyd never really wrote one song at a time, piecing together one album as a whole was more their style. That is 100% gilmour playing
