He delivered it as a man should, controlled; calm; collected. Hit 'em up gets so much air (although it has alot of hype attached to it) but I thought that shit was wack and cheap.

I Know Some Things Take Time To Appreciate, But That Album Along With The Film "Brown Sugar" Really Recieved Plenty Of Respect From Me And I Was Only 13 At The Time... We weren't lyrical enough, the messages in our music was hurting the black community, etcetera. I'm sure that started to take a toll on Ice Cube's heart. Ice Cube used to wake up w/ a song in his heart and a twinkle in his eyes so for y'all to keep clownin' his territory was just wrong. I'm sure that hurt his feelings. Glad y'all done moved passed that beef.
