  • Continuing with the theme of treating this more like hanging out with my friends, then trying to film at you or talk at you. I’m just following up on some of the questions that you guys had and trying to answer to the best of my ability.
    This video I got into the funny question of whether or not I ate Chooch?
    What my thoughts on the veteran links are based upon my experience with a Patton and adventure so far?
    My thoughts about the headlights when comparing the three headlights from Inmotion .
    I have adjusted the audio to be a little bit louder, and I’m learning how to color great a little bit better so that way the colors pop more and not so much of the experience gets lost in translation
    I really appreciate all the feedback that everybody gives and the support that you’ve given so far
    Please remember to like and subscribe
    And if you feel like somebody else would enjoy what it is that I’m doing please share the content with them.
    -
     The adventure does not disappoint in any single thing that I put it to. I have been flabbergasted by all of the performance so far please put any video film requests of what you’d like to see with the adventure in the comments below so far I have a 0 to 60 km that I need to film and I have some hillclimbing that I need to film but what else would you guys like to see in terms of the adventure so far? Are we tired of seeing stairs?
    Thanks for the love and your time
    Johnny

    Yaaay another Adventure video!
    what i like about your adventure testing video is that you are actually doing it off-road for what the wheel is advertise for and its awesome seeing it perform and exceed my initial impression.
    and you are always very cool with people asking what the wheel is and the interaction is always wholesome!

    Your awesome Johnny! Been watching your adventures since the V14. Agree completely on the way Chooch has been seen as. I also think hes a better rider than most of mainstream off roaders who have even done collabs with manufacturers. I've been riding for over 8yrs now and as the community has expanded, unfortunately the negative people have as well. Its the main reason I don't do group rides anymore. It used to be fun and just explore with people and see where these wheels could take us.....even back then with the max speed on a wheel was 21mph and you had a range of 1200wh. Love the possibility of making these EUCs even more capable and in a lot of ways I feel Inmotion has the right attitude towards the growth and making the best wheels possible.

      Thanks so so much!!! I cringe as well. I do need to get a better solution- but I have two main methods of riding and the shoes for it are two types, the speed riding shoes, I can get with motorcycle, but to have as much play in the sole of my feet as I like its hard to do without the flexible tennies , still not my favorite solution.

    I agree with your approach on Chooch, there is way too much hate on him to where his work can't be appreciated. The community is harsh and mean. I wish he would have gotten a V14. Jason from EWheels didn't offer him one but offered freshly, Ronin, Hsiang, Good Ole Marty demo wheels. Not sure about how good his and Jason's relationship is, that would be good to know.

    • @rigogen
      @rigogen 10 місяців тому +2

      @@zaftlife Chooch usually give every wheel more time, his review is not one off review like the most with a definitive negative and positive and call it a day, he review it longer by abusing the wheel and maxing its full potential usually with 7 or more videos, this is probably why most people see him praise every wheel because they only watch his initial video of the wheel and missed the other video where the negative and positive feedback came at the last days with the wheel he has atm. i mean look at the begode extreme, when he was initially had it it was full of negative because of the accident but he gave it a chance and form his opinion after he had the wheel for many hours.same with Inmotion v12 HT when he had a fall but haters will only be haters i guess and would parrot what most of them say about him.

    I'm a big fan of your channel I'm really happy you got a a v14, but to me its so petty and bizarre that Chooch, having 30+ times the subscribers doesn't get a v14 to test... (I hope you don't take that as a slight at you in any way). Especially after how hyped he was for the v14 in all of his Extreme vids!
    Nobody sold me on my Extreme more than Chooch making a bunch of his videos crushing on it. Thats after he condemned the wheel in his cutout vid too...
    You can tell he just loves these things and love riding. Even the Extreme, which he had tons of explicit trepidations about (which, as an owner, are almost all true), he can't help but make video after video of him just ripping on it, same as you. Personally thats the kind of person who I want to watch.

    Really like the wide stance look of this machine and low looking height of it in general. Was thinking of canceling my Extreme pre-order when i heard this one coming out. But stuck with Extreme. I have v12ht, s22, and Master. The v14 machine was so close to s22, and i needed machine with extra speed to ride comfortably in 45mph zones. Was going to get commander pro also but needed better suspension. Love the air shock suspension on extreme for my style, and the only thing I disagree with you on is high speed on 16inch motor. Can easily go 50+ on Extreme while standing and still very stable, sensation of speed same as 20inch. The master is very unstable at that speed, night and day difference, may be because of wider tire on Extreme. S22 stable at 43, and at least by speedometer, have had it to 48 and it was stable on shinko 3 inch wide tire at that speed.
    I needed good dual machine with great suspension for jumping and speed to travel in 45mph zone, Extreme fits the bill perfectly there. The v14 would too if speed increased to 55 safely (which is really 50 to 51 gps). These new 16 inchers way better at high speed than people suspect, standing up even. The v14 looks like itd be great for a speed increase for people who need to go a little faster for safety sake traveling in traffic.

    • @johnnygovroom
      @johnnygovroom  10 місяців тому +2

      I can ride the wheels 16 inch wheels fast- no one’s questioning your ability to do it.
      -
      You can’t beat physiques bro.
      The circle go round too fast on tiny wheel.
      Faster the circle go. Less stable- simple as that.
      -

    • @tigrollin6450
      @tigrollin6450 10 місяців тому +1

      @johnnygovroom , your physics equation is disproved by riding 20 inch Master yesterday compared to Extreme yesterday. 1500 miles on Master, 600 on Extreme, and Extreme does high speed for me so much smoother and more stable than Master, or even s22 though they are much closer to each other. May be the Master is kinda trashy for handling. Your physics equation may work better for speeds over 60.

    • @johnnygovroom
      @johnnygovroom  10 місяців тому +2

      I know in this world of people using feelings to dictate science you may enjoy using a subjective reference point to negate me, or the reality that its not "my physics equation" - physics is a realm of science my guy.
      And respectively it cares nothing for your feelings about it.
      First, you’ll need your tire’s actual diameter. Let’s say you have 30″ tires.
      This will give you your Rotations Per Mile
      Rotations Per Mile = 5280 / ((Tire Size / 12) * PI)
      RPM = 5280 / ((30 / 12) * 3.14159)
      RPM = 672.3
      Now, since there are 60 minutes in an hour, that means at 60 miles per hour, your tires Rotations Per Minute are exactly the same as their Rotations Per Mile.
      All you need to do is calculate what percentage of 60mph you’re going, and multiply it by the Rotations Per Mile.
      Rotations Per Minute = (Current Speed / 60) * Rotations Per Mile
      If you’re going 45 mph
      Rotations Per Minute = (45 / 60) * 672.3
      Rotations Per Minute = 504.2
      Shout out James Lloyd for the equation
      The faster the rotations per minute the more volatile the ride. Period - ride height , pedal height and a number of other things will dictate your "FEELING" , wheel balance, hell the wind...
      But this is not MY equations, and feelings don't dictate science no matter how much the tv tells you that shit. @@tigrollin6450

    • @tigrollin6450
      @tigrollin6450 10 місяців тому +1

      @johnnygovroom , I see the equation that is said to produce more volatility. I put it to the test. The smaller one was way more stable and less volatile in this case. Should I still stick with your conclusion and disbelieve my lying eyes? No feeling to it. Maybe there's other factors but the extreme 16 is way less volatile at speeds 45 to 55 than master at almost identical situations for me. I ride both all the time. I'm just saying your hasty in your conclusions that 16 inch wheels should be limited to the lower speeds. Sometimes the faster something is traveling the less volatile it is. Maybe this has nothing to do with that, but don't get feelings hurt when someone testifies that they are witnessing something other than you're preaching. You say 16 aren't good for over 43mph, I experienced completely different and shared it. And now the science guy is feeling hurt.

You can see them grouped in their videos all the time pushing their luxury cars and houses in your face constantly. Hey Johnny, can you do my a favor and measure the distance from the pedal plate and up to the top of the wheel where you would sit, so I can compare it to other wheels? And please use centimeters ;-)
    Also a small tip to improve the picture quality since youtube absolutely butchers 1080p videos, is to render the video in either 1440p or 4k before uploading, even if you recorded it in 1080p, then people can switch to 1440p or 4k and enjoy the higher bitrate which will make the video look a lot better than watching it in 1080p.
    Also good job on the voice over, sounds very good and easy to hear, but it is a bit low so I have to turn the volume up to 70-80% where I normally have it at 30-50%, and then that gunshot sound at the end of the video is VERY loud and scares the poop out of me every time 😀
    How well can you preload the Adventure for jumping on flat ground? The suspension seems super hard when watching the videos, like it's hardly moving at all? How much does it sag when you step on it?

    As an enthusiast, & viewer of EUC content, I believe the youtube content creators riders reviwers of euc gear will always do well if they retain a positive attitude, not as critical about people, business, & subject matter without through research, more in depth knowledge, & rode safer less aggressive, unless racing on the track, & rode in group rides with other PEV's every once in a while to have content variety. I never see that with some riders, & other co ntent creators have called that out. I get people are busy with live, & making this content between work, school, & home, but when I see content from Europe or asia its more variety, & incorporated into their lives. So im leaving that there to say Its always never about getting the EUC thats not even out yet before everyone else to make video content. I only say that because I see other EUC content creators doing fine without the next wheel coming out, then they get that new wheel maybe 6 weeks later or more, just to rode it for 200km to make a 20 minute video. Just leaving it @ that.

    I usually ride in the cinty but I actually kinda love to ride in the countryside but have never done it before because of the max range of the V5F.
    Which euc do you suggest due to my condition, considering my riding frequency for the past years and also my dream to ride more?
    Note: I want this to be my last euc, no more upgrades in the future.
    Thank you

    I don't like all the content of speeding especially around pedestrians and in bike lanes. I don't like all the content of those riding in the street with cars as if the EUC is a car. Both is giving very bad examples and is hurting this hobby more than helping it. It doesn't take long for government to take notice and regulate/ban them.
    These PEVs are getting banned by the moment in cities around the world and the above is why. Any criticism I give someone on their PEV video is for those reasons.
    Most of Chooch videos are about speeding/going fast and/or crashing...crashing usually because he was going too fast for the machine.
    Just because a PEV goes a certain max speed does not mean one is supposed to ride at that max speed. The Max speed is a safety margin for going several mph BELOW the MAX. Many try to CRUISE at Max Speeds
