I can’t even see the 1/3 Hush Superman dropping in price because of the 1/4. A lot of companies are now bringing out the exact same statue in 1/4 & 1/6, like with the new Tweeter Head Joker, and Harley, or XM’s Superman, the price of the 1/4 is not lower just because there’s a 1/6, it’s still in line with other 1/4’s.
And the 1/3 Superman Hush is still the superior statue, if you want the ultimate Superman you’re going to buy the 1/3, I can’t see it suddenly dropping $1,000 in value because there’s a 1/4.

There’s absolutely no way the Superman Hush 1/4 will be under $1,000, id say it’ll be at least $1,200.
They rereleased the original Berserker armor Guts last year but just in a bloody version, the original was $949, the exact same rerelease is $1,299 now.

I'm just now interested in collecting statues after years of collecting comics. Hopefully, whatever 1st statue I purchased will be a memorable one.

I was distracted
The people getting upset by the 1/4 Superman Hush just need to get a life, honestly. The MSRP price point alone prices out most middle/lower income pop culture fans, so you don't have to worry about it losing the allure. People don't seem to get that these 1/4 and 1/3 scale statues are made for a particular market that is exceptionally small compared to the market for collectibles in the under $100 bracket. Trying to maintain some investment value with statues appreciating is just silly. Your buyer market is going to be small af compared to a cool comic book slab that's below $500.00 or even a SNES game under $100.00.
I am completely against reissuing the exact same statue, but to me this is different. While it is a money grab, the truth is 1/3 will always sell for way more than retail. Yes, the 1/4 MAY (and maybe not) lower the current value of it, but people should be happy for other collectors instead of complaining “Instead of making $2000 profit when I flip this, now I can only make $1000”
@@TheXtremeChannelMrX I definitely agree! I am a bit partial to color variant releases though. They're putting out a DMC3/Ultimate MvC3 color variant of Vergil and I've basically committed to buying that when it comes out lol.

What the heck, what is this a two for one sale? Yea that basement area with that floor looks amazing. Not knowing what an ice scraper is not as bad as not knowing how to handle your vehicle on iced roads. Yea that Batman vs. Joker Dragon is incredible and no matter how many times I see the unboxing and showing of it, I can't get enough of it. Hope you guys had a blast.
