just got a 2020 Scout Sixty. I just ordered these bars immediately after watching this video. I needed this to mount my speakers behind my windscreen. Thanks for always sharing the gems on Indian upgrades.
Damn that was a friggin hole! Rattle ya fillings loose! I like the look of your new bars. Definitely don't see those every day. That may be a upgrade I can consider for the future on my '16 Scout. Great video and review. You are definitely making that bike a one of a kind! Ride and stay safe down there in Texas!
Thank ya thank ya. Yeah, I'm still feeling that damn hole...after I got home I ran and grabbed the local Sheriff that cruises around and showed him ... so they were out fixing it today :-)
Dang it!! You sold me on the Vaulted’s now I’m sold on these bad boys!! I’ve been thinking lately man I wish the Twisted Choppers where a little higher and more narrow. I will ask I’ve never swapped bars myself and I’m a little sketch on removing and replacing the controls and levers. Any video on just the removal and replacement of those in detail?
@@dadwithabike I had 10" bars from DS....decide go with T-bars Titus 14" height, went wider as well, i believe 32". My hands line up to my shoulders....I ride aggressive too....
So I bought the kit from here - indianonlymotorcycles.com/product/barnett-clutch-kit-indian-motorcycles-carbon-fiber-kevlar-extra-plate/ - that comes with all I needed. Mine is a 2019 Bobber so you may wanna make sure they work if you have a 2020 or newer.
@@georgevillareal2381 Oh .. nice. So one thing I'll be doing soon'ish is a quick shifter. I don't notice that the clutch is hard ... it all seems to work quite well. The KIT from the link I gave are HD springs so...there's that
Sorry man, I'm not a fan of the Chief. I've test rode many, rented them as well and I just don't like them compared to my bobber. If I move up to something from the bobber (whenever that is), it'll most likely be a Springfield Darkhorse or the HD Road King Special.
For sure. And you know the chief just got a facelift. A lot different then what you were used to. I have a video on mine if you wanna check it out. The new Chief looks like a street bob or a softail slim s. But maybe that’s the one your talking about. But they just came out. Like mine is a 2022
Looks great man!
Thanks man...

Awesome ... glad I could help

Looks great! I have the 8” low ball bars from Dean speed and love them
Right on! Almost anything Dean Speed does is golden in my book
I got the same bars and I love them too! It is true that Dean Speed products are superb
They look bad ass! I’ve been waiting on a triple tree since November!!!! I can’t wait to ride again!
Sucks when so many things are on back order

I don't have one ... but Jim Bobbington might. ua-cam.com/video/AwHmaBA9cdA/v-deo.html - the process is the same regardless.
I've ordered the same bars just waiting for them
I'm still rocking stock bobber bars. I'd imagine these are more comfortable. Would stock cables work yah think? Were you able to run wires in bars?
Stock will work on 8" but no, I couldn't run the cables in the bars
More information on the clutch and where to buy it please
"Sir, you're going to have to put your bird back in the car" 😂 bet the employee never expected to say that.
Haha, funniest thing I've seen in a long time
I love the design … if they were more like 4-6” would be awesome
I’m 5’9” with the same for my wingspan. Would I be able to comfortably ride with both arms for long rides?
do you have to change the cables? looks awesome though!
No, you can keep stock if you go with 8". Anything taller and you'll need brake and clutch cables
@@dadwithabike that’s awesome!
I got the 14" bars for the Octane, Perfect....
I was hesitant because in the pictures it didn't look as good ... but oh man, installed they look amazing

Ok my question is did you use the barnnet springs along with the clutch

@@dadwithabike some say the springs are a bit tough. I've an 2018 I'm not quite there yet, in fact I live down the street in S.A.

You should get a chief bro. I just copped a chief bobber.

I'm sold.
I think they make the bobber have the true club style look ... especially if you rock a fairing
@@dadwithabike the road warrior looks harder than a woodpecker!
@@hootertexas9711 I love it ... By far my favorite
Are you able to angle the bars closer to you for better reach for short riders?
He died a while back, bro. 🙁
@@Jordan-mo5br my condolences I didn’t know. RIP
@@sonicknives yeah it's sad, his family was devastated. His funeral was put up on the site for all his UA-cam "family" to watch.
How tall are you
What fairing is that?
