- Hi friends! This is my first time trying It's Bel Cosmetics and holy smokes, where have I been?! I'm creating 2 looks today with their new palette, Cool Summer, a tribute to summer in cool colors. This is the first eyeshadow palette from It's Bel Cosmetics that has a brand new matte formula along with their famous metallics and duochrome formula they are known for. I am older than u Jane but we have similar eyelids, quite deep set with the protruding bit of skin over the brow bone, just below brow bone...I'm mentioning this as u said u had a problem with your matt sticking to that certain bit...me too! I'm trying to figure out why and I', wondering if its because that bit protrudes more that more of the brush catches it and wipes/blend it away? Just seeing u work and that the same thing happens to me in exactly the same place made me want to share with u to see if we can figure out what's going on lol x My eyelids r defo not dry and your dont look dry either.
if I figure out any solutions that can help i will update u.

Aww thank you Alli and I am so pleased to meet you too! I could maybe experiment and do an official video about it. I rarely see tutorials for deep set eyes like ours. Most of them have models or creators with “hooded” deep set eyes. I’m thinking that’s exactly what’s going on, and we have to go back and lift our eyebrows (like I did) with a densely packed brush instead of a blending brush for that specific part of our eye, then gauge whether or not it needs to be blended, but not blend away the color, but blend into the color above or beside/below it.
