FYI Wanted you to know that I make your Next Level Butter bread every week. To make it even easier, I have all the components in a plastic tub kept in the pantry and bring it out to make the bread. All the ingredients are in the basket so I don't have to drag all the stuff out from the cupboards. Works great!!
have you seen the latest video? now she just premixes all the dry ingredients in a big tub so it’s just add water, mix, then add shredded butter and yolk powder, bake and done
The statement “Just Eat Meat” doesn’t help me know what to make for me & my family each night. I still draw blanks in kitchen. Watching you cook simple beef recipes helps me so tremendously. Thank you!
Hi Nili!! Great video!! I love the pro joes!!! I have a suggestion for freezing burgers… I flatten out my burger in a large cookie sheet then use a spatula to divide it into burger size squares … then put the cookie sheet in the freezer. When the burgers are frozen just break them apart and put them in freezer bags and return to the freezer. Also the bun molds clean up really well in the dish washer😊
I JUST love how you mix your bread / buns in 1 bowl all ingredients then 'pan' them I absolutely loved this this quick method for hand held meals and this "Why don't I make these more often" video 💗
Cabbage and ground beef, how brilliant!! We're carnivore however we're adding in a few vegetables for the summer. I wanted to stuff some sweet peppers but didn't want to add rice. Cabbage is going to be the answer.
I have no doubt my grandson Shepard and Levi would be best friends if they ever met. Two peas in a pod! I love watching your channel...and you...but that Levi!!😊💗
I grew up eating bierocks. The sloppy joe pockets would be great stuffed with hamburger, cabbage, and onions. It needs a dollop of butter before eating. 😋
You could can some of that ground beef if you have a pressure canner. 🤷🏻♀️Then it’s ready to go for anytime. I did that with some cheap chicken I had gotten a while back and rather than sitting in my freezer, I canned them up. Even whole drumsticks! For ground beef you do have to cook it first (unlike chicken or beef cubes which could be raw packed). Just thought I’d throw this out there! It’s shelf stable and it won’t go to waste that way. I like that it’s ready to throw into any meal at that point too and the texture is excellent. ☺️
I canned some burger raw pack. I think it's better to cook it first though. Same with chicken. Canned it both ways. Raw pack you don't get as much in a jar but you get good broth. But it sure is handy to have it on the shelf. I also have some pre cooked burger in the freezer. That's handy as well.
In 2022, I saw where meat prices were headed, and I canned at least 100 lbs of ground beef. Precook it enough to stay crumbled. Put in a colander, over a pot, to strain. Pour boiling hot water over it to rinse away the fat. Reserve the rinse and pan juices to separate fat and can it as beef fat and beef broth. One pint of gr. beef is about 1 lb of meat. You may do it in quart jars, too. I do add water to the jars and pressure can it. It's so nice to have a quick pound of cooked gr. beef to use in any recipe.... at last year's prices!
*I love watching keto food prep videos! They're so inspiring and helpful for staying on track with my diet. Your meal prep looks delicious and convenient. Thanks for sharing your tips and ideas* 😊
I love how you show your family, your animals and your grounds. I live in Altamont Springs Florida. I don’t get to see much farmy and I love seeing that❣️
Great food prep video. I do similar things with large meat chubbs. Half into taco meat and half something else, meatballs or mini meat loaves or burgers.
Chocolate cake roll Chocolate cake 12 egg whites with teaspoon of cream of tartar Whip Add 1/2 cup sweeter 3 tablespoons cocoa powder or 3 tablespoons of peanut butter powder 1/2 scoop protein powder 1 1/2 tablespoons oat fibre or flax seeds fold into egg whites add a bit of vanilla and stevia pour into a lined with parchment paper flat pan bake when still warm roll up cool u. Roll then spread icing and re roll up
I’ve been doing the same thing. Trying to use out of my freezers. Between my mom and I we have four refrigerator, freezers, and three small chest freezers. Mine tends to have mostly beef. Hers tends to have mostly chicken and some fish.
Everything looks so good! Love how Izzy just stretches out on the floor and everyone just steps over him. He's very trusting. (I think Izzy is a boy. Not positive.). ❤️🥰❤️
Hi Nili, thank you for this video - I really enjoyed it 👍👍👍, may I ask you what the name for the *"baking thing"* is you have used to make the butterbuns with so that I can take a look for it?! Rainy greetings from Germany, Ela 🤗
I think her process is really good. I would hate to add another step, but I might try piping a circular layer first. Then, add a second layer around the perimeter. This would be if I was mass producing them for the freezer.
Have you tried cumin with your taco meat? YUMMMM... Also, is there a way around the acacia fiber? I am trying more and more to use ingredients that are able to be purchased at grocery stores. TIA Another great vid! Happy Monday to ya!
Started making my own several yrs ago, discovered cumin for homemade chili first, then in taco seasoning. Just last year I bought some whole cumin seed & ground it myself~ even more amazing!
I was thinking about your bread with the frozen butter in it and I was wondering if the warm weather would make it soften too quickly and how would that effect the bread? You always have the best ideas!
I LOVE what you have brought into my life!!! LOL! You have just given me clear determination to succeed in my Keto lifestyle now that I have your bread recipes. In one of your recipes, you call for Olive Oil powder... I can't find it anywhere. What is it and where do I get it please? And THANK YOU!!!!!! Katy
HOW would she know? Hubby gobbles them down the same day! 😂🤣😂 She does put them in a ziplock bag into the fridge or freezer, but they're gone in a couple of days.😁
I missed this video a month ago. Now I need to find the cupcake recipe! I meal prep on weekends for the workweek. Makes mornings go easier. Does anyone really measure vanilla? : ). I've tried using butter powder but as soon as I start adding it, it deflates. I don't know why. I'm stirring it in on low just like you did . It's frustrating. Yours are beautiful!
Line with plastic wrap. I use two heavy stoneware salad plates with plastic wrap. I have a tortilla press, but it was a no-go, and I can't recall the reason.
how do we even keep up with our starving husbands? LOL. I am glad I'm not alone. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful he likes what i fix, but sometimes it's difficult to meal prep when he eats it as fast as I make it.

Same in my pantry! 😊
Thanks for that tip! I'm new and haven't made anything yet. Waiting for the butter powder to arrive. 😁

The scene of your daughter walking with the chickens was lovely. So many unplanned, real moments that make a life.
🎯🙌

I've also heard others say they wash the mesh pan in the laundry with kitchen towels!
I call my bbq pockets "tidy Joes" because they aren't as sloppy. :)
LOVE it!! 😆

Great idea!
Love the ideas! My husband would think I was trying to starve him if I made 4oz burger patties unless I gave him 3 or 4.😂
Kids eat one, I eat 2, husband eats 4 👍🏼
I have no doubt my grandson Shepard and Levi would be best friends if they ever met. Two peas in a pod! I love watching your channel...and you...but that Levi!!😊💗
Oh yeah someone who likes smoked salt as much as I do! Smoked salt helps me get through fasting. Added to a mug of hot water is amazing.
😂😂😂 vanilla and hot sauce are always a heart measurement 💚
💯💯💯💯
I add Franks hot sauce into the egg wash (to soak) before dredging in your breading mixture. Really adds to the flavor of the chicken.
Good idea! 😀
Nice! will try that
OMG I love that pup. Always enjoy your videos.

Best tip to wash the bun is top tray of dish washer! Cones out perfect! 😊♥️
I was just about to ask if you could just pot on the top rack of dishwasher. Thank you.
Franks red hot and dill along with the onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked salt...buffalo burgers yummy ❤😊
I love your videos and how you test out all the different bread type recipes. As a trucker I think these Hot pockets will do the trick.

Rainy greetings from Germany,
Ela 🤗
Great ideas ! Loving the bbq buns !
What a sweet dog
I love the pockets! Easy to go meals are the best for a busy momma!
Those vitamins are awesome, wish they had been around when my boys were young.
Great prep!! Everything looks great!
Yes same here!
Shepherds are the best dogs more human than most people I know.
Did you try adding paprika powder to the burger patties? I love to add sweet paprika (bell pepper) powder.
Hi. I made sausage and cheese Joes. The are delicious and so convenient for grab and go. Love this!
The buns and the pockets look amazing! I will have to try making these.
Do you stay in Ketoses during lean days? That was amazing!
Maybe the BBQ burger bun pocket things would not leak as much if you put the cheese slices on th ebottom half and then the meat?
Great ideas!! I will try the BBQ beef "hot pockets" - I love prepping! Thanks! :)
How long did the Pro Joes end up taking in the oven?
Love your videos. Is there a list of the recipes in this video or a link to them? Thank you.
Maybe on the hot pockets you partially cook the bottoms, add the filling and tops, then finish baking?
I think her process is really good. I would hate to add another step, but I might try piping a circular layer first. Then, add a second layer around the perimeter. This would be if I was mass producing them for the freezer.
How does the bread work as a burger bun? Do you spilt it and is it thick enough for a burger bun?
Have you tried cumin with your taco meat? YUMMMM... Also, is there a way around the acacia fiber? I am trying more and more to use ingredients that are able to be purchased at grocery stores. TIA Another great vid! Happy Monday to ya!
Started making my own several yrs ago, discovered cumin for homemade chili first, then in taco seasoning. Just last year I bought some whole cumin seed & ground it myself~ even more amazing!
That was really fun. Thank you!
It's so funny how you call trays pans haha :) Love your channel!
I was thinking about your bread with the frozen butter in it and I was wondering if the warm weather would make it soften too quickly and how would that effect the bread? You always have the best ideas!
I see the butter buns took 25 mins so is it right to assume the filled buns and focaccia came out at the same time? Love your videos!
That all looks delicious!❤
Levi is so cute. Does he want to eat the fish he caught?
He didn't 😆
Would it be better to brush the silicone baking sheet to keep the buns from sticking, especially for the filled buns?
Will it cause the egg white next to the mesh to deflate? I've been wondering about it.
Thanks Nili!

Hi, where do I get the printed receipt please?
Can you post a link to this bread recipe
Where can I find the pans or the sheets rather that you used to make the buns?
Here it is! amzn.to/3oaXSKR
Question here, can I substitute psyllium husk powder for acacia powder in the bread recipe or will that not work?
She said Yes on that a month earlier. Good to know!
All looks good.
please upload the brownie video
How do you store these? Or freeze?
HOW would she know? Hubby gobbles them down the same day! 😂🤣😂 She does put them in a ziplock bag into the fridge or freezer, but they're gone in a couple of days.😁
Hi Love your channel .. What is the brand of muffin pan you use .. I cannot seem to find it ..Thank You so much . I have learned so Much 😀
Here it is! amzn.to/3BpE3Ta
Oh I love hiya! Both my boys take them and I feel so good about them getting a great vitamin. Looking forward to to at cupcake recipe 😋
That's great to hear! 🤩
Can ground physillium husk be used in place of acacia fiber?
I was wondering this as well?!?
Yes!

What are the ingredients of your butter powder? Brand?
More Ninja Cream videos please 🙏
You should use the tortilla press for hamburgers
Line with plastic wrap. I use two heavy stoneware salad plates with plastic wrap. I have a tortilla press, but it was a no-go, and I can't recall the reason.
Maybe putting the cheese down first would protect that bottom layer?
I don't have a bun pan. Can these be made free form on parchment paper?
I think I saw her do that in an earlier hot pocket video.... I might be wrong.
Thank you
Love!
how do we even keep up with our starving husbands? LOL. I am glad I'm not alone. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful he likes what i fix, but sometimes it's difficult to meal prep when he eats it as fast as I make it.
Oh my gosh I love those 10 lb chubs
Awwwww😂❤
What a handsome goodest boi
The goodest!
❤😊😊
Not So Sloppy Joes?
Thank you
