Lucas vG because a crowbar provides you easy access to many areas behind closed doors, without too much noise to attract zombies. A machete is a great melee weapon, but you can't really kill a zombie with cuts. You need something that impacts and breaks their skull to damage the brain or piercing like a fencing sword.

There are more opportunities to get gas than electricity in a place where the powerboard doesn't exist. A bat would work to kill, but you would have to have a lot of upper body strength to continuously defend yourself, and you should probably try a small store if any. Big stores would be a flocking ground for both zombies and people. For her to live, she would need to be lucky.
Realistically once Zombies are gone it would still not be over as everyone would still have to fend for themselves also the zombie could be a live person without a decomposing body depending on the way the pathogen acts.
My plan...have a nail gun as my starting weapon....fortify my home...try to to waste food...look for friends...pick up materials while looking...if my friends are alive they come with me...they get weapons...we fortify the home with fencing and wired fencing I have left over...create weapons...get survivors...improve the base more...few months later we venture out to the stores (corner stores or markets) for food...pickup some guns probably mosin nagant...create weapon mods (hidden blade, distraction tools,electric weapons,etc.basically all possible weapon mod from dead island and dead rising.)...learn surviving tactics like parkour or fighting...create 4 security teams like in attack on titan...The Watchmen Regiment (watching the gates)...The Survey Corps (take land and areas for inhabiting or clearing)... the quartermaster corps (handles with weapons and items and trading)...and the training regiment (teaching tactics and survival tips)
My plan is as follows: 0: takes as many supplies as I can get away with 1: head off to the country or somewhere with a low population density 2: stock up on weapons and other valuables (food, water, etc) 3:fortify a home (preferably with as few windows and doors as possible) And finally 4:wait it out (logically zombies must be a living organism in order to do anything so all you need to do is survive for around 2-3 weeks by that time all the zombies would have died of dehydration/starvation(and for some asphyxiation)
I say she would survive. I like her tragic on her choices. I like how she said she would need her bf. It's hard to survive alone, and she chose a person who can be rely on. I mean seriously, who wants to be with a stranger who might actually ditch you. And mostly people would choose weapon such as guns, but there are limits of ammos and gun shot attracts zombies attentions. She chose a weapon that doesn't produce anonymous sound. She chose bat, I would probably choose Katana which it can slice zumbie in half. And yet, bat isn't really a bad idea cause anyone can handle a bat and it can make some damage on zombies head. She chose electric car and I first thought that it would of be better if she choose a monster truck or something. But on second thought, a electric car actually can be long term lasting car. Nowadays there is hybric cars, that saves crazy amount of gas. But can you imagine how much gas you have to prepare if you choose a car that comsumes massive amount of gas. Who know? Maybe someone will create a car that runs using sunlight. Well I can be wrong, and no one is perfect. That's why we search and share new ideas.
here is my plan. 1. call all my friends and family to see if they are ok ( yeah i meant call). cuz at the start of the apocalypse cell phones would still work for few hours and thats enough time for me to see who is alive and who needs rescuing. and make a plan with them to meet on a common safe spot. after gathering all the food and water they can. 2. get or steal a nice and high 4x4, preferably with a bull bar, and petrol cuz most cars on the road would be petrol so its would be easy to get fuel from broken down cars. and go pick up my family and friends after checking for bites. 3. drive to a remote country town, but on the way stop at gas stations and top up food supplies from there instead of grocery shops, cuz gas stations have bits of everything, they have drinks, food, toiletries and auto accessories. and yeah FUEL. 4. go make a settlement in a remote town where we can farm and use as many resources, preferably close to a river and find a boat to escape in case things go south.
Wolf gamer they will work for few days tho, i am talking about the first encounter. i don't know where you are from but here in Australia we have a decent amount of food and drinks supply in the gas stations. they normally store canned and frozen food, confectionery and even baked goods, loads of drinks and also automotive supplies.

1. A bat might be a good choice, but I suppose it would have to be specified between a wooden or metal bat. Wood would splinter, and when it breaks, it's gone. A metal bat would just dent, but would also be hollow most of the time. 2. What happens if the power goes out, and your electric car runs out of juice? Perhaps something like a bicycle would be better in the long run. 3. Boyfriend prevents loss of sanity from isolation and would provide comfort when needed. Also strength in numbers. A weapon is essential, and a backpack would be as well to collect supplies that you would salvage. Food and water is a must, but I would recommend at least trying to get a water filter that would last a long time. There are some that you can buy online. 4. Going to a store is an obvious no-no. I know a lot of people have said this before, but people already there would most likely not be that friendly. And if people there are infected, then that further lessens your chances of surviving. 5. Logic or common sense is essential. There would be many people out there who would make bad decisions and therefore lose their lives as a result. FF1. I agree with this answer. Grades don't matter when you're fighting for your life. FF2. The arm could be amputated, and would not be as essential as, say, a leg. FF3. Crossbows do make less noise, but they take far longer to reload. This would also apply to guns, but where would you get an ample supply of ammunition? FF4. Although that does sound insincere, I find that to be the best option. They may LOOK clean, but what if one of them has been bitten and has tried to hide it? Or what if they overpower you, take your car, and leave you stranded with no supplies? FF5. It would be a mercy kill. Overall, with common sense, I say by her choices, she may have a good chance of surviving.
She would die. Reason: Every body would be going to a large store and mall. At the beginning of the apoc the military would go there first along with other people. And they would probly try to engage a evacuation there. But lots of people would die. So when she goes there there is bound to be a lot of zombies hiding around every spot. Me personally? I know I'd survive for at least the first week or two. Between me and my brother and mom. Currently my brother has more then ten pocket knifes in his room with what looks like a samerie sword and Bowie knife along with a steel metal bat and homemade spear made from a shovel. The five things I would bring during a zombie apocalypse: 1. A sword. 2. A crow bar. 3. A light-weight backpack. 4. As much food as possible. 5. As much consumable liquid as possible. The five places I think I would go during a zombie apocalypse: 1. To a small community place (Village, etc.) that has a few shops. 2. Somewhere near fresh water. 3. Straight to ZMZreloaded's house, since he knows a lot of this possible occurrence. 4. To someone that I trust's house. Check if they're alive, if not, take the good stuff. 5. To a military base and/or a prison. The five things I'd do: 1. Figure out a backup plan. It'll be needed at some point. 2. Collect as much edible/consumable items as I can carry. 3. Practice my skills somewhere quiet. (Climbing, Swimming if necessary, Jumping, Un-armed combat, Running, and any necessary skills.) 4. Stay low and quite. I don't want to be noticed by any suspicious figures. Or infected. 5. And....just because I have a brain, I would avoid people as much as possible. Like, seriously. It's logic. My plan: I would camp in my house, clearing out my family if need be, until the area around seems safe enough to...check. And I would grab the sharpest items I have. (A machete, and a decent knife.), And not forgetting useful things: A crow bar, food, and a drink. I would try find at least one decent companion, for I am actually quite weak, and timid at times, so I would try find one with useful strength, and strategies...but once I find someone I think may be suitable, using my good-enough free running skills and my sharp eye for easy routes, I will follow that person with stealth until I find out how sociable they are. The faults of this plan would be: My soft heart would be a fault during this; for I would most likely save anyone from being bitten, which would risk my life two ways; Getting bitten myself, or the person murdering me... My sharp mouth would be a fault during this; for I may say the wrong thing at the wrong time, which could result in being murdered, or possibly, if lucky, being chased off, away from the area. And finally: My timidness would be a fault during this; for I wouldn't be able to approach a certain figure until I feel ready, which, could, at times, be weeks. -If you have any ideas that could improve my plan, they are welcome!
I would go straight to my attic in my house with my family. I would board off my front doors with wood and leave a little space so I would be able to see the outside. To be able to have an easy exit so my family and I could go out and find resources I would have about three small hidden doors to escape in a dangerous situation. When everything is boarded off my family and I would collect all our canned foods and as much water we can fit in bottles and put those in the secret compartment that we have in our attic. We would also collect our weapons in our shed. My dad and I have our machetes, my mom and little brother have hand guns (we all have one) but would also have small hand knives, and my older brother would have a spear (we made from crazy glue and a ton of duct tape. The blade is a knife from our kitchen and a really thick stick we found outside).
You can retrieve bolts from cross bows but they are sniping weapons not crowd stoppers. Historically crossbowmen used their crossbows from the safety of some type of fortification, not in the field.

Matthew Montilla ya but I use crossbow and you don't need a 280 pound draw weight bow. I use a 190 pound and it would be perfect because it takes me an adverage of 7sec. To reload. It is easy to pull back and you don't need a 280 because you will not be sniping. If they are that far they are most likaly not a threat to you and you don't want to shoot them that far because you will not get the bolts back.

And by the way, this is to all of you, this part. Daryl from TWD survives longer with anything than anyone of us here would with even a bat. I actually have my own answers to fakefan questions, if you don’t mind: 1) I agree, the answer is no 2) foot or leg, which is farthest from brain and I’d have longest to live, or maybe even amputate the infected limb before it spreads 3) Guns, because crossbows only have a single shot before reloading and that would not be compatible to a horde 4) depends on the people: if they’re sketchy looking, keep going. If they look fine, I might try being a taxi driver for a while And 5) I would force myself to run once I knew they wouldn’t be saved. I would try any way possible to stop the infection, but I would probably not be able to kill them and would run as fast as I can so I don’t get infected as well. Welp... regardless of whether she survives or dies, she's definitely not getting offed by zombies or raiders... if she does die, it's either by disease, old age slowing her down, or accidents like slippery slopes and car crashes. Other than the problems that sometimes can't be avoided, she's a survivor. She doesn't take chances with people and infection, she chooses a weapons that have a tactical advantage, and she chooses common, yet important, things to bring with her. If the zombie apocalypse ever happens, I think I know who should join the group! 😅 (her choices may be what most people choose, but so far the only issue in her choices I see is the first place she goes. If it's a Hotspot like a store, police station, or even a school, [yes, a SCHOOL] it will be chock-full of people, and when the zombies find the place, everyone, thanks to how populated the area is, will get bitten, and even eaten, a lot faster.) Other than that, her choices would've been good enough to survive.
Here is my plan... (at the start of a zombie outbreak) So, many people asume that you would be at your house when a zombie apocalypse hits your town but I (being 10 and all) go to school and so it's 3X as likely it will be in the school year than not. But, if I am at home this is my plan. I will first grab water and food. Food like granola bars, you know, stuff that doesn't get old. Then I will get weapons and medical supplies. (I have 4 siblings+mom and dad and so more people, more food, water, exc.) When we have EVERYTHING that we need we would call our relatives (if the phone lines aren't down) and IF possible watch news to see maybe weak spots on zombies and things like that. I think you need Intellegence, Speed/Heart Lung Endurance, and Strength! PS I live on the way side of town and could possibly survive by staying at our house! If you read this, Will I survive?
Yes. You should find out more info about what your school would do during a lockdown. Use your schools gated storm shutters if you got em. A basement would be great. If your school has a machine shop you'll find useful stuff to build gear. Your health room will have much needed first aid supplies. Teachers lunch rooms & cafeteria will have food. Should find out which teachers have gun permits and who drives what. So yeah. You'll probably survive. If you do make it then head over to Hawaii and I'll have some fresh mangos and cold pineapple juice waiting for you! xD
I think you will survive. I would go to the woods because I hunt a lot. I would bring surviving relatives and friends and modify my car. then I would get food water weapons. that will allow me to live. After that I would secretly build a fence so that we are safe. my weapon choices are gun bow sword because I use them a lot. Than later if I start a big group of people then I would make groups and parties. each party has special weapons. everyone will help each other. if my loved one was bit I would but them in a big cage so they don't bite others and maybe kill them. after reading this will I survive?
I'm only 11 years old, but I think I have a pretty good plan. I have a big box of knives and machetes(I know its strange) I would go downstairs, get my dad's shot gun,see if my friends are still alive. If they are then I would ride my quad to their house ,pick them up, check them for bites, scratches, and ask them if they got blood in their mouth. Then I would drive to Queens and see if my cousin is still alive and repeat that process. After that my friends and I would make a starter bunker out of car tires and scrap metal. thats a great plan and all but how will you fit all ur friends and cousins on one atv, also one shot gun probably will only give you protection for about 96 hours[4 days] mainly because of lack of ammo, you would prob get tired of the stock hitting ur shoulder after every shot, and the loud noise will attract more zombies, for a weapon you should have multiple melee weapons such as bats, machetes, katanas[ninja swords], buck knives, axes, spears, and clubs. also you would need women to repopulate the earth
my plan: I am 13 years old but I am pretty skilled with lots of weapons if my parents are at work I would grab our 12 gauge and our 44, (leave my older sister with the Makarov and my marine fighting knife for protection) and head down to McDaniels. it is a store but I live pretty close and could make it there before too many people get there. I would grab as much beef jerky as possible and maybe a few guns and immediately head back home, fill all the bath tubs and sinks with water and start taking apart useless wooden furniture and use it to secure the fence around our house after that there's nothing much left I can do but wait for my parents to come home and bring weapons and armor from work (they work at a prison).

We would go get supplies and go back to the house (maybe take a person or two in).If things go bad I would take as much supplies as possible and head to Micheals (craft store).No one would go there plus there is astronaut Ice cream and cheese (it won't go bad fast). If that goes bad I would go to Cabin in the woods. You can reclaim the bolts for your crossbow. FFQ4: Just keep driving. I have enough to worry about. They could be non-friendly and just want to steal my stuff. FFQ5: Jeezzzz... I would feel reeeeeally bad but, I would pull the trigger on them.
I think for the grades one, it depends on what grades. If they're the grades in a class where you have a lot of debates, and a lot of the questions you get on tests require logic, then you're more likely to survive if you do better. Also, if it's science or geography that's relevant to the area. Geometry and physics could also help if you're building a shelter. But for the most part, grades don't help in an apocalypse. But they certainly don't show how well you can conform. They show how quickly you can learn, and how much effort you put into it. Though, learning algebra quickly doesn't mean you'll learn how to build a shelter quickly, and putting effort into school doesn't effect how much effort you'll put in when all hell breaks loose.
She would totally survive, following the simple rules, no people around you, no zombies around you, in primary school that was one of our assignments, design your escape plan using the following items: hairspray, bottles, a knife and rope, my choice was to kill a zombie, using a rope trap, collect his blood and smear it over myself, walk around without detection and if I get attacked use the hairspray to defend myself then when that runs out, use the knife, but my favourite answer was for this dude, he said "use the hairspray to make my hair look fabulous, then get the car from the garage and drive away." My vehicle would be a horse with(for emergencies) a light weight electric motorcycle strapped to the side. Both are silent and maneuverable, one can die, but works as an early warning system, if its loyal, it will fight for you, and will never kill you if you look away from the road for a second to check your back. The other one needs to be recharged, is extremely dangerous, but it moves faster and is a backup ONLY.
I think it's probably best to keep bows and ammo for guns with you at all times, both have advantages and disadvantages, but if you know when to use which could increase the longevity you get from both: Example 1: Your in the forest, but you see a few zombies, maybe no more than 4 (But that's pushing it.). If you can you can probably snipe at least one of them successfully or maybe all of them without completely alerting them, because there's no 'noise' to alert them. Then once done you could go and retrieve your arrows (Safely of course) and you still have ammunition and killed like 4 zombies. Example 2: Your getting overrun, at this point, being silent would be pointless, but since you didn't waste ammunition in number one's scenario you opt to use firearms still if able you should be smart with your ammunition and probably should opt to fleeing rather than attempting to wipe out all in your way unless you have no choice. Whether you fled or fought if you gotten in example 1's scenario and opt to use a stealth approach you would be more prepared for number 2. For a third option: I suggest at least one melee weapon preferably something that has some distance. An axe wouldn't be the best, but if that's all you have you can't really complain, a bat would be too time consuming if your trying to beat one zombie to death your liable to be sneak attacked while trying to finish one zombie. I recommend a sword, pretty much Michonne's Katana from The Walking dead, it's probaly not that heavy and if you seen her use it it's very efficent to use. You could even clear out hordes (Well not whole mob or anything.) that are attempting to surround you in a 360 degree angle if your skilled enough. Since it's not a loud weapon you won't likely be attracting more so if you can survive a wave you should be good. However, the only real issue with that is, unlike using firearms or crossbows you could be spending a lot of stamina and if you aren't in good physical condition or skill, your energy would probaly be best spent running a way.
aside from the shop one yes and for the loved one id 1warp something VERY tight a bit higher form the infection to stop its spreading 2.hit him with something hard on the head to have him fade out(no pain for him) 3.cut off the infected part 4.try to bandages it or so to stop the bleeding
honestly the best way to train for these situations is bug out or survival camping. Also yo should go hiking cause youll be walking a heck of a lot and you will need to get used to it. Also only get canned and freeze dried foods because they only require heat and water (for the freeze dried you need boiling water) also practice making fires in a safe environment.

I'm 12 and I already have a plan: -As soon as I see any signs of it starting before anyone knows about it, I'd go stock up on food,water, and gas for my family. -My parents told me that as soon as they here about it their going to leave right away but I'd stay because you never want to leave right when it starts or else there is a traffic jam and no one gets out alive from that. -So I would wait until it starts to die down and take my dads huge weapon thing he got for Christmas, pack a bunch of food and water, medicine, and these blades we have hanging downstairs, and go see if my best friend and her family are still alive and try to survive with them. But before I stay with them I would check for bites and scratches because a girl my age would never survive alone without an adult. - I could go two routes: A: stay with my best friends family and survive with them at least if their not bitten. B: If my parents decide to not go right away I would survive with them but then we would start to get a larger group due to other survivors.
A crossbow is only bad if you are against a large horde of zombies but if your hunting or in a low populated area it is good and has renewable ammo. A store would not be bad if you waited for the chaos to die down. This would be a good place for the cross bow. A metal baseball bat is probably the best weapon because it has decent range won't break and is quiet. A kitchen knife would be good but bring some spare just incase a zombie grabs you and you shiv it in the face and it gets stuck. It is probably best to find a military or survival knife for skinning animals or killing stuff. Above all medical items, food and water are the most important things, more important than weapons.
You know the worst part about me trying to prep for the apocalypse? I'm a minor from a poor family, so I can't do much. I'm going to have to wait a few years. If the apocalypse comes before then, I only have the knife under my bed and a few cans of vegetables. And sneakers which are going to suck after a while. My shirts a aren't all that good for the apocalypse either, my pants are fine, but I live in Texas and all I have are shortsleeves and cotton jackets for winter. And a wind breaker which I will have to pray keeps zombies from biting me because I don't want to overheat in the summer. Let's not even mention the mosquitos. Those bloodsuckers are going to kill us all one day. Luckily, zombies decompose faster in the heat, so I only have to survive for a maximum of a year because people are bit at different times, but three to four months and the first zombies are skeletons, in Texas at least. You just got to wait it out and then kill the elderly with a shot to the head and any other executions afterwards. We won't want another wave of cannibalistic corpses at that point, then we may actually be able to work on a cure in relative peace so that we don't have to worry about the "everybody's infected" shit in the walking dead. Moral of the story, wait it out in a really hot and humid area, then work on a cure once most of the zombies are gone, and murder people with a shot in the head forever after unless you want to start another wave of zombies and rebuild civilization again. Colder and drier areas may have to wait up to a decade to get rid of their zombies.
My top 5 shit to bring in a zombie apocalypse list: -MREs (they normally come with food and water +they are light weight) -Fire Ax (because they are light enough and can take the head of a zombie clean off plus enough range.) -Kevlar Suit (if they can't get to my flesh they can't bite me +bullet proofing is always nice) -Medical Kit -A sleeping bag (It would suck to die of exhaustion) (Backpack included because no shit)
She would survive for a brief amount of time due to her choice of items, but would soon die of mobs at large shopping complexes or outside where her electric car would no longer be able to be charged due to collapse of the power grid (along with society).
I have a modified Mosin Nagant ( good rifle, prices under 250, ammo is fairly rare and expensive. 7.62 x 54r) with the wood removed. I would probably get on a rooftop with a suppressor and snipe everyone in or outside stores, gunshops, anywhere I would need supplies from. I would then have enough supplies for the entire town, but there dead, so I'll just hide in the woods and build a treehouse, because tree houses are best base ever.
I think she will have a pretty good shot at surviving. Although I don't feel that she should go to a store. She may end up not coming out of there. She had her 5 picks well picked out and knew a lot. She picked a good weapon of choice, and was smart about saying crossbow. I think she will last a long time if she is smart, and safe.
My plan is get my family and relatives because my relatives have 4 guns and then spend all my money on petrol, food and survival equipment at petrol stations. then i would go to a camping store and buy swags, fishing rods, big jackets and gloves. That sort of stuff. I wouldve already grabbed my weapons from home like crowbar, shovel, axe etc. then i would go to my camping spot in the middle of nowhere beside the river and setup fish traps i know of with sticks. My camping spot has 2 houses on it which we would sleep in. I practically have a watch tower and by the way my camps in the middle of nowhere. 1 hour on a dirt road. I would make those spike things like the prison had in the walking dead around my base. Also theres like 6 fences you go through to get to my camping spot. Would i survive?
I would probably head to the mountains with my .308. I have plenty of ammo and water is not a problem, neither is food because I am a experienced hunter and fisher. Being an Eagle Scout I know how to start a fire many ways(even with two sticks and a string but that takes a while. I think if I didn't have to think about the zombies and stuff it would actually be pretty fun. I have been on week long survival trips with friends and it was one of the best times of my life. My father taught me a lot of bushcraft techniques so I am able to make makeshift tools out of items. I am a very well shot with my 58lb recurve. I think I could survive.

I'm on an island so I'll set up shop in the states courthouse. It doubles as fallout shelter in the basement and its where Civil Defense communication & command center is. It's got an underground garage complete with steel gate and vehicle barricades. In the motor pool area there an huge diesel storage gas tank. Since the courthouse is further inland and above sea level it has its own emergency generators. Solar panels on the roof. Thick concrete walls with solid steel gates. Huge open courtyard. All that's needed is the keys to the joint and knowledge of where everything is.
about picking up hitchhikers: there can be times when it is an advantage. I think if they are armed too much then run them over (unless it could be a trap) and if there is too many of them then drive on and try to track them down later. but if it's just one idiot then there are things you need to consider.
Think about this you want to go to less populated areas, because less people means less potential zombies. Also, any fenced off areas means you have to kill the zombies inside the fence first. You people should watch "The Walking Dead".
If a zombie apocalypse happens, I would take these 5 items: 1. A bike 2. Canned foods 3. Bottled water with a filter 4. A med kit with medicine liked Advil or allergy medicine and 5. A walky-talkie that way I could find other survivors and enlarge a chance of survival.
Electric cars are pretty quiet just tires on road noise. On a clean street a zombie or person wouldn't hear it. The new ford electric car can plug in at your house charge all night and go 200+ miles on a charge. None of her choices were terrible. I think she'd survive the first week at least.

Some of the harsher choices may benefit her in the long run, but despite this, some of the other decisions such as going to some sort of store, or an electric car over a better vehicle (preferably bicycle) would eventually get her killed. Choice of weapon is decent, although modern, aluminum bats bend surprisingly easily. A machete or (if properly trained as to not cut your leg off) a katana. Placement of bite allows for amputation, although should be preformed on the non-dominant arm. As for guns VS. crossbow, the obvious choice would be crossbow, until you realize not any old person on the street can operate the loading mechanism efficiently. What she should take would benefit her in the short term, but would need to gather more supplies over time. Anyway, you're probably all bored to death, so... Good night... And good luck!
variables aside she is less likely to die early. i'd say if she WERE to die it be somewhere in between mid to late game of the apocalypse. but then again she did say she would bring her boyfriend so that puts a 50/50 shot that when it comes time that she really needs him to save her ass, would he or would he not push her into the mob of zombies to get extra time away from the zombies? thats the only reason i would say that she may die early. in all chaotic moments of movies or anime i've seen. even the best of friends have turned on each other.

See this is what I would do. 1.pickup all my family and take them to a safe spot that's boarded up 2. Search for supplies to build combo weapons to fight off zombies 3.find a bus and armor it with wires and crap Final step 4.drive to a docks and grab a ship with my friends and family and sail away
First point is that she would go to a large mall. That's a bad idea. Second point is that she took a crossbow. A crossbow could be a good weapon but what if they start breaking down your door? All you have is a bat which is blunt and barely usable while surrounded. The weapon I would use is a silenced automatic or semi-automatic pistol. Lastly, she took a car. If you take a car, you already are in danger. If any of the get in your car while you are parked or if your car gets beat down or stolen by someone else, what do you do? I personally would take a bike or walk/run. This way, it's quiet, and no one would steal a bike over a car. She was smart how she wouldn't stop for people and to shoot her lover if he got bit. But with these cases, I think she would have died.

I dont agree with the bat, maybe if it had spikes on it but not just a plain bat. My plan would to first get a knife, then my grandpa hunts and he has a cross bow, id go to his house with my family. Id then look for my friends and MAYBE go to a store. We would go to walmart because they have more bow and arrows, shotguns, and etc. We would all look for shelter (most likely something like a jail or prison). One because it has electric fences around it, and 2 because you have to get through around 3 fences AND steel doors just to get in. We would go inside and look for the cafeteria, get food, and clear the whole jail or prison perimeter. Never get a bike, i would get something like a mini van or motorcycle. Mini van because the trunk can carry supplies and motorcycle can just be for distracting nearby zombies to get them away. We would then live in the prison or jail and go on runs daily. Done.
She will die instantly if she went to any kind of store just to get goods. But if she mange to get out there alive she will probably survive for awhile. I would say at least 1-2 months depending how often she will go to the store to stock up on goods again. So it's a 50-50 chance she will die or survive.

A machete is a great melee weapon, but you can't really kill a zombie with cuts. You need something that impacts and breaks their skull to damage the brain or piercing like a fencing sword.

There are more opportunities to get gas than electricity in a place where the powerboard doesn't exist. A bat would work to kill, but you would have to have a lot of upper body strength to continuously defend yourself, and you should probably try a small store if any. Big stores would be a flocking ground for both zombies and people. For her to live, she would need to be lucky.

My plan...have a nail gun as my starting weapon....fortify my home...try to to waste food...look for friends...pick up materials while looking...if my friends are alive they come with me...they get weapons...we fortify the home with fencing and wired fencing I have left over...create weapons...get survivors...improve the base more...few months later we venture out to the stores (corner stores or markets) for food...pickup some guns probably mosin nagant...create weapon mods (hidden blade, distraction tools,electric weapons,etc.basically all possible weapon mod from dead island and dead rising.)...learn surviving tactics like parkour or fighting...create 4 security teams like in attack on titan...The Watchmen Regiment (watching the gates)...The Survey Corps (take land and areas for inhabiting or clearing)... the quartermaster corps (handles with weapons and items and trading)...and the training regiment (teaching tactics and survival tips)

My plan is as follows:
0: takes as many supplies as I can get away with
1: head off to the country or somewhere with a low population density
2: stock up on weapons and other valuables (food, water, etc)
3:fortify a home (preferably with as few windows and doors as possible)
And finally 4:wait it out (logically zombies must be a living organism in order to do anything so all you need to do is survive for around 2-3 weeks by that time all the zombies would have died of dehydration/starvation(and for some asphyxiation)
I say she would survive. I like her tragic on her choices. I like how she said she would need her bf. It's hard to survive alone, and she chose a person who can be rely on. I mean seriously, who wants to be with a stranger who might actually ditch you. And mostly people would choose weapon such as guns, but there are limits of ammos and gun shot attracts zombies attentions. She chose a weapon that doesn't produce anonymous sound. She chose bat, I would probably choose Katana which it can slice zumbie in half. And yet, bat isn't really a bad idea cause anyone can handle a bat and it can make some damage on zombies head. here is my plan.
1. call all my friends and family to see if they are ok ( yeah i meant call). cuz at the start of the apocalypse cell phones would still work for few hours and thats enough time for me to see who is alive and who needs rescuing. and make a plan with them to meet on a common safe spot. after gathering all the food and water they can.
2. get or steal a nice and high 4x4, preferably with a bull bar, and petrol cuz most cars on the road would be petrol so its would be easy to get fuel from broken down cars. and go pick up my family and friends after checking for bites.
3. drive to a remote country town, but on the way stop at gas stations and top up food supplies from there instead of grocery shops, cuz gas stations have bits of everything, they have drinks, food, toiletries and auto accessories. and yeah FUEL.
4. go make a settlement in a remote town where we can farm and use as many resources, preferably close to a river and find a boat to escape in case things go south.

1. A bat might be a good choice, but I suppose it would have to be specified between a wooden or metal bat. Wood would splinter, and when it breaks, it's gone. A metal bat would just dent, but would also be hollow most of the time.
2. What happens if the power goes out, and your electric car runs out of juice? Perhaps something like a bicycle would be better in the long run.
3. Boyfriend prevents loss of sanity from isolation and would provide comfort when needed. Also strength in numbers. A weapon is essential, and a backpack would be as well to collect supplies that you would salvage. Food and water is a must, but I would recommend at least trying to get a water filter that would last a long time. There are some that you can buy online.
4. Going to a store is an obvious no-no. I know a lot of people have said this before, but people already there would most likely not be that friendly. And if people there are infected, then that further lessens your chances of surviving.
5. Logic or common sense is essential. There would be many people out there who would make bad decisions and therefore lose their lives as a result.

3. A light-weight backpack.

1. To a small community place (Village, etc.) that has a few shops.
2. Somewhere near fresh water.

5. To a military base and/or a prison.

1. Figure out a backup plan. It'll be needed at some point.

3. Practice my skills somewhere quiet. (Climbing, Swimming if necessary, Jumping, Un-armed combat, Running, and any necessary skills.)
4. Stay low and quite. I don't want to be noticed by any suspicious figures. Or infected.
5. And....just because I have a brain, I would avoid people as much as possible. Like, seriously. It's logic.
My plan:
I would camp in my house, clearing out my family if need be, until the area around seems safe enough to...check. And I would grab the sharpest items I have. (A machete, and a decent knife.), And not forgetting useful things: A crow bar, food, and a drink. I would try find at least one decent companion, for I am actually quite weak, and timid at times, so I would try find one with useful strength, and strategies...but once I find someone I think may be suitable, using my good-enough free running skills and my sharp eye for easy routes, I will follow that person with stealth until I find out how sociable they are. The faults of this plan would be: My soft heart would be a fault during this; for I would most likely save anyone from being bitten, which would risk my life two ways; Getting bitten myself, or the person murdering me...
My sharp mouth would be a fault during this; for I may say the wrong thing at the wrong time, which could result in being murdered, or possibly, if lucky, being chased off, away from the area.
And finally: My timidness would be a fault during this; for I wouldn't be able to approach a certain figure until I feel ready, which, could, at times, be weeks.

I would go straight to my attic in my house with my family. I would board off my front doors with wood and leave a little space so I would be able to see the outside. To be able to have an easy exit so my family and I could go out and find resources I would have about three small hidden doors to escape in a dangerous situation. When everything is boarded off my family and I would collect all our canned foods and as much water we can fit in bottles and put those in the secret compartment that we have in our attic. We would also collect our weapons in our shed. My dad and I have our machetes, my mom and little brother have hand guns (we all have one) but would also have small hand knives, and my older brother would have a spear (we made from crazy glue and a ton of duct tape. The blade is a knife from our kitchen and a really thick stick we found outside).
I say Die, Cross bow might be more quiet but it takes a good bit of upper body strength to load and reloads slowly.
You can retrieve bolts from cross bows but they are sniping weapons not crowd stoppers. Historically crossbowmen used their crossbows from the safety of some type of fortification, not in the field.

Matthew Montilla ya but I use crossbow and you don't need a 280 pound draw weight bow. I use a 190 pound and it would be perfect because it takes me an adverage of 7sec. To reload. It is easy to pull back and you don't need a 280 because you will not be sniping. If they are that far they are most likaly not a threat to you and you don't want to shoot them that far because you will not get the bolts back.
+Andrew Wright Yes, but zombies would probably come faster than you can reload. It takes me the minimum time amount of 4 seconds, and the maximum of 8 seconds. And by the way, this is to all of you, this part. Daryl from TWD survives longer with anything than anyone of us here would with even a bat. I could only live with a bow and arrows or machete or a kitchen knife.

I actually have my own answers to fakefan questions, if you don’t mind:
1) I agree, the answer is no
2) foot or leg, which is farthest from brain and I’d have longest to live, or maybe even amputate the infected limb before it spreads
3) Guns, because crossbows only have a single shot before reloading and that would not be compatible to a horde
4) depends on the people: if they’re sketchy looking, keep going. If they look fine, I might try being a taxi driver for a while
And 5) I would force myself to run once I knew they wouldn’t be saved. I would try any way possible to stop the infection, but I would probably not be able to kill them and would run as fast as I can so I don’t get infected as well. No point in us both dying, even though it will hurt
Welp... regardless of whether she survives or dies, she's definitely not getting offed by zombies or raiders... if she does die, it's either by disease, old age slowing her down, or accidents like slippery slopes and car crashes. Other than the problems that sometimes can't be avoided, she's a survivor. She doesn't take chances with people and infection, she chooses a weapons that have a tactical advantage, and she chooses common, yet important, things to bring with her. If the zombie apocalypse ever happens, I think I know who should join the group! 😅 (her choices may be what most people choose, but so far the only issue in her choices I see is the first place she goes. If it's a Hotspot like a store, police station, or even a school, [yes, a SCHOOL] it will be chock-full of people, and when the zombies find the place, everyone, thanks to how populated the area is, will get bitten, and even eaten, a lot faster.) Other than that, her choices would've been good enough to survive.

Here is my plan... (at the start of a zombie outbreak)
So, many people asume that you would be at your house when a zombie apocalypse hits your town but I (being 10 and all) go to school and so it's 3X as likely it will be in the school year than not. But, if I am at home this is my plan.
I will first grab water and food. Food like granola bars, you know, stuff that doesn't get old. Then I will get weapons and medical supplies. (I have 4 siblings+mom and dad and so more people, more food, water, exc.) When we have EVERYTHING that we need we would call our relatives (if the phone lines aren't down) and IF possible watch news to see maybe weak spots on zombies and things like that. Yes. You should find out more info about what your school would do during a lockdown. Use your schools gated storm shutters if you got em. A basement would be great. If your school has a machine shop you'll find useful stuff to build gear. Your health room will have much needed first aid supplies. Teachers lunch rooms & cafeteria will have food. Should find out which teachers have gun permits and who drives what. So yeah. You'll probably survive. If you do make it then head over to Hawaii and I'll have some fresh mangos and cold pineapple juice waiting for you! xD

I think you will survive. I would go to the woods because I hunt a lot. I would bring surviving relatives and friends and modify my car. then I would get food water weapons. that will allow me to live. After that I would secretly build a fence so that we are safe. my weapon choices are gun bow sword because I use them a lot. Than later if I start a big group of people then I would make groups and parties. each party has special weapons. everyone will help each other. if my loved one was bit I would but them in a big cage so they don't bite others and maybe kill them. after reading this will I survive?
I'm only 11 years old, but I think I have a pretty good plan. I have a big box of knives and machetes(I know its strange) I would go downstairs, get my dad's shot gun,see if my friends are still alive. If they are then I would ride my quad to their house ,pick them up, check them for bites, scratches, and ask them if they got blood in their mouth. Then I would drive to Queens and see if my cousin is still alive and repeat that process. After that my friends and I would make a starter bunker out of car tires and scrap metal. Next we would focus on food to store in our bunker. This plan is a work in progress, but so far I think it's ok. If you have any suggestions my kik is Dan_mc95

thats a great plan and all but how will you fit all ur friends and cousins on one atv, also one shot gun probably will only give you protection for about 96 hours[4 days] mainly because of lack of ammo, you would prob get tired of the stock hitting ur shoulder after every shot, and the loud noise will attract more zombies, for a weapon you should have multiple melee weapons such as bats, machetes, katanas[ninja swords], buck knives, axes, spears, and clubs. also you would need women to repopulate the earth

my plan: I am 13 years old but I am pretty skilled with lots of weapons if my parents are at work I would grab our 12 gauge and our 44, (leave my older sister with the Makarov and my marine fighting knife for protection) and head down to McDaniels. it is a store but I live pretty close and could make it there before too many people get there. I would grab as much beef jerky as possible and maybe a few guns and immediately head back home, fill all the bath tubs and sinks with water and start taking apart useless wooden furniture and use it to secure the fence around our house after that there's nothing much left I can do but wait for my parents to come home and bring weapons and armor from work (they work at a prison).

First make a bag with the essentials and stay in the house w/fam. Then I would stay until we run out of supplies. We would go get supplies and go back to the house (maybe take a person or two in).If things go bad I would take as much supplies as possible and head to Micheals (craft store).No one would go there plus there is astronaut Ice cream and cheese (it won't go bad fast). If that goes bad I would go to Cabin in the woods. We can grow food and there or few places to go for food.I made a list of items I need and other places to hide out in my memo (notes).For the first 12 hours there will power,so calls and everything are able to be made.

I think for the grades one, it depends on what grades. If they're the grades in a class where you have a lot of debates, and a lot of the questions you get on tests require logic, then you're more likely to survive if you do better. Also, if it's science or geography that's relevant to the area. Geometry and physics could also help if you're building a shelter.
But for the most part, grades don't help in an apocalypse.
But they certainly don't show how well you can conform. They show how quickly you can learn, and how much effort you put into it. Though, learning algebra quickly doesn't mean you'll learn how to build a shelter quickly, and putting effort into school doesn't effect how much effort you'll put in when all hell breaks loose.
She would totally survive, following the simple rules, no people around you, no zombies around you, in primary school that was one of our assignments, design your escape plan using the following items: hairspray, bottles, a knife and rope, my choice was to kill a zombie, using a rope trap, collect his blood and smear it over myself, walk around without detection and if I get attacked use the hairspray to defend myself then when that runs out, use the knife, but my favourite answer was for this dude, he said "use the hairspray to make my hair look fabulous, then get the car from the garage and drive away." My vehicle would be a horse with(for emergencies) a light weight electric motorcycle strapped to the side. Both are silent and maneuverable, one can die, but works as an early warning system, if its loyal, it will fight for you, and will never kill you if you look away from the road for a second to check your back. The other one needs to be recharged, is extremely dangerous, but it moves faster and is a backup ONLY.
I think it's probably best to keep bows and ammo for guns with you at all times, both have advantages and disadvantages, but if you know when to use which could increase the longevity you get from both:
Example 1: Your in the forest, but you see a few zombies, maybe no more than 4 (But that's pushing it.). If you can you can probably snipe at least one of them successfully or maybe all of them without completely alerting them, because there's no 'noise' to alert them. Then once done you could go and retrieve your arrows (Safely of course) and you still have ammunition and killed like 4 zombies.
Example 2: Your getting overrun, at this point, being silent would be pointless, but since you didn't waste ammunition in number one's scenario you opt to use firearms still if able you should be smart with your ammunition and probably should opt to fleeing rather than attempting to wipe out all in your way unless you have no choice.
Whether you fled or fought if you gotten in example 1's scenario and opt to use a stealth approach you would be more prepared for number 2.
For a third option: I suggest at least one melee weapon preferably something that has some distance. An axe wouldn't be the best, but if that's all you have you can't really complain, a bat would be too time consuming if your trying to beat one zombie to death your liable to be sneak attacked while trying to finish one zombie.
I recommend a sword, pretty much Michonne's Katana from The Walking dead, it's probaly not that heavy and if you seen her use it it's very efficent to use. You could even clear out hordes (Well not whole mob or anything.) that are attempting to surround you in a 360 degree angle if your skilled enough. Since it's not a loud weapon you won't likely be attracting more so if you can survive a wave you should be good.
However, the only real issue with that is, unlike using firearms or crossbows you could be spending a lot of stamina and if you aren't in good physical condition or skill, your energy would probaly be best spent running a way.

honestly the best way to train for these situations is bug out or survival camping. Also yo should go hiking cause youll be walking a heck of a lot and you will need to get used to it. Also only get canned and freeze dried foods because they only require heat and water (for the freeze dried you need boiling water) also practice making fires in a safe environment.

I'm 12 and I already have a plan:
-As soon as I see any signs of it starting before anyone knows about it, I'd go stock up on food,water, and gas for my family.
-My parents told me that as soon as they here about it their going to leave right away but I'd stay because you never want to leave right when it starts or else there is a traffic jam and no one gets out alive from that.
-So I would wait until it starts to die down and take my dads huge weapon thing he got for Christmas, pack a bunch of food and water, medicine, and these blades we have hanging downstairs, and go see if my best friend and her family are still alive and try to survive with them. But before I stay with them I would check for bites and scratches because a girl my age would never survive alone without an adult.
- I could go two routes:
A: stay with my best friends family and survive with them at least if their not bitten.
B: If my parents decide to not go right away I would survive with them but then we would start to get a larger group due to other survivors.

A crossbow is only bad if you are against a large horde of zombies but if your hunting or in a low populated area it is good and has renewable ammo.
A store would not be bad if you waited for the chaos to die down. This would be a good place for the cross bow.
A metal baseball bat is probably the best weapon because it has decent range won't break and is quiet.
A kitchen knife would be good but bring some spare just incase a zombie grabs you and you shiv it in the face and it gets stuck. It is probably best to find a military or survival knife for skinning animals or killing stuff.
Above all medical items, food and water are the most important things, more important than weapons.
You know the worst part about me trying to prep for the apocalypse? I'm a minor from a poor family, so I can't do much. I'm going to have to wait a few years. If the apocalypse comes before then, I only have the knife under my bed and a few cans of vegetables. And sneakers which are going to suck after a while. My shirts a aren't all that good for the apocalypse either, my pants are fine, but I live in Texas and all I have are shortsleeves and cotton jackets for winter. And a wind breaker which I will have to pray keeps zombies from biting me because I don't want to overheat in the summer. Let's not even mention the mosquitos. Those bloodsuckers are going to kill us all one day.
Luckily, zombies decompose faster in the heat, so I only have to survive for a maximum of a year because people are bit at different times, but three to four months and the first zombies are skeletons, in Texas at least. You just got to wait it out and then kill the elderly with a shot to the head and any other executions afterwards. We won't want another wave of cannibalistic corpses at that point, then we may actually be able to work on a cure in relative peace so that we don't have to worry about the "everybody's infected" shit in the walking dead.
Moral of the story, wait it out in a really hot and humid area, then work on a cure once most of the zombies are gone, and murder people with a shot in the head forever after unless you want to start another wave of zombies and rebuild civilization again. Colder and drier areas may have to wait up to a decade to get rid of their zombies.

I have a modified Mosin Nagant ( good rifle, prices under 250, ammo is fairly rare and expensive. 7.62 x 54r) with the wood removed. I would probably get on a rooftop with a suppressor and snipe everyone in or outside stores, gunshops, anywhere I would need supplies from. I would then have enough supplies for the entire town, but there dead, so I'll just hide in the woods and build a treehouse, because tree houses are best base ever.
I think she will have a pretty good shot at surviving. Although I don't feel that she should go to a store. She may end up not coming out of there. She had her 5 picks well picked out and knew a lot. She picked a good weapon of choice, and was smart about saying crossbow. I think she will last a long time if she is smart, and safe.

My plan is get my family and relatives because my relatives have 4 guns and then spend all my money on petrol, food and survival equipment at petrol stations. then i would go to a camping store and buy swags, fishing rods, big jackets and gloves. That sort of stuff. I wouldve already grabbed my weapons from home like crowbar, shovel, axe etc. then i would go to my camping spot in the middle of nowhere beside the river and setup fish traps i know of with sticks. My camping spot has 2 houses on it which we would sleep in. I practically have a watch tower and by the way my camps in the middle of nowhere. 1 hour on a dirt road. I would make those spike things like the prison had in the walking dead around my base. Also theres like 6 fences you go through to get to my camping spot. Would i survive?

I would probably head to the mountains with my .308. I have plenty of ammo and water is not a problem, neither is food because I am a experienced hunter and fisher. Being an Eagle Scout I know how to start a fire many ways(even with two sticks and a string but that takes a while. I think if I didn't have to think about the zombies and stuff it would actually be pretty fun. I have been on week long survival trips with friends and it was one of the best times of my life. My father taught me a lot of bushcraft techniques so I am able to make makeshift tools out of items. I am a very well shot with my 58lb recurve. I think I could survive.

I'm on an island so I'll set up shop in the states courthouse. It doubles as fallout shelter in the basement and its where Civil Defense communication & command center is. It's got an underground garage complete with steel gate and vehicle barricades. In the motor pool area there an huge diesel storage gas tank. Since the courthouse is further inland and above sea level it has its own emergency generators. Solar panels on the roof. Thick concrete walls with solid steel gates. Huge open courtyard. All that's needed is the keys to the joint and knowledge of where everything is.

about picking up hitchhikers: there can be times when it is an advantage. I think if they are armed too much then run them over (unless it could be a trap) and if there is too many of them then drive on and try to track them down later. but if it's just one idiot then there are things you need to consider.

Think about this you want to go to less populated areas, because less people means less potential zombies. Also, any fenced off areas means you have to kill the zombies inside the fence first. You people should watch "The Walking Dead".
If a zombie apocalypse happens, I would take these 5 items: 1. A bike 2. Canned foods 3. Bottled water with a filter 4. A med kit with medicine liked Advil or allergy medicine and 5. A walky-talkie that way I could find other survivors and enlarge a chance of survival.
Electric cars are pretty quiet just tires on road noise. On a clean street a zombie or person wouldn't hear it. The new ford electric car can plug in at your house charge all night and go 200+ miles on a charge. None of her choices were terrible. I think she'd survive the first week at least.

Some of the harsher choices may benefit her in the long run, but despite this, some of the other decisions such as going to some sort of store, or an electric car over a better vehicle (preferably bicycle) would eventually get her killed. Choice of weapon is decent, although modern, aluminum bats bend surprisingly easily. A machete or (if properly trained as to not cut your leg off) a katana. Placement of bite allows for amputation, although should be preformed on the non-dominant arm. As for guns VS. crossbow, the obvious choice would be crossbow, until you realize not any old person on the street can operate the loading mechanism efficiently. What she should take would benefit her in the short term, but would need to gather more supplies over time. Anyway, you're probably all bored to death, so... Good night... And good luck!

variables aside she is less likely to die early. i'd say if she WERE to die it be somewhere in between mid to late game of the apocalypse. but then again she did say she would bring her boyfriend so that puts a 50/50 shot that when it comes time that she really needs him to save her ass, would he or would he not push her into the mob of zombies to get extra time away from the zombies? thats the only reason i would say that she may die early. in all chaotic moments of movies or anime i've seen. even the best of friends have turned on each other.

First point is that she would go to a large mall. That's a bad idea. Second point is that she took a crossbow. A crossbow could be a good weapon but what if they start breaking down your door? All you have is a bat which is blunt and barely usable while surrounded. The weapon I would use is a silenced automatic or semi-automatic pistol. Lastly, she took a car. If you take a car, you already are in danger. If any of the get in your car while you are parked or if your car gets beat down or stolen by someone else, what do you do? I personally would take a bike or walk/run. This way, it's quiet, and no one would steal a bike over a car. She was smart how she wouldn't stop for people and to shoot her lover if he got bit. But with these cases, I think she would have died.
Edit: What I meant by if she lost her car, I forgot to mention if she was trying to escape from a horde or gang.
I say survive. stores are the worst place to go in the start of a apocalypse but then again it all depends on how many alleys u have with u among there skills and how well prepared u r for such situation and most of the time grades don't really matter when looking at skill set because some don't really give a shit in school and thay don't show how well other skills r plus what r u gonna do care our reportcard from high school around I don't think so and in my opinion I like these videos not only can I get a good laugh outta some of the answers but I and also use some of the answers to modify my own revival plan so quicadeltaly from a Tyler to a Tyler grate idea and i really hope to see more among our other videos

I dont agree with the bat, maybe if it had spikes on it but not just a plain bat. My plan would to first get a knife, then my grandpa hunts and he has a cross bow, id go to his house with my family. Id then look for my friends and MAYBE go to a store. We would go to walmart because they have more bow and arrows, shotguns, and etc. We would all look for shelter (most likely something like a jail or prison). One because it has electric fences around it, and 2 because you have to get through around 3 fences AND steel doors just to get in. We would go inside and look for the cafeteria, get food, and clear the whole jail or prison perimeter. Never get a bike, i would get something like a mini van or motorcycle. Mini van because the trunk can carry supplies and motorcycle can just be for distracting nearby zombies to get them away. We would then live in the prison or jail and go on runs daily. Done.

I would say at least 1-2 months depending how often she will go to the store to stock up on goods again. So it's a 50-50 chance she will die or survive.
