Been meaning to do this video for a couple weeks. A Premium Hurricane was added during the Battle of Britain event and it has definitely brought me back to why I got into War Thunder. I love this plane and style of fighting.

Hurricanes without carrier modification were landed on HMS Glorious with the assistance of sandbags in the tail, during the evacuation of Norway. Sadly, most of the pilots went down with the ship when she was caught by Scharnhorst and Gneisenau.

I've had a talisman for the regular Mk.1 for ages. And now the premium version gets added. That does put a smile on my face.
Stickboy's carrier landing miss recalls one of the reasons the early Sea Hurricanes and Seafires were considered problematic in service. Their undercarriage suspension was pretty bouncy, which isn't that much of an issue on land, but on a short carrier deck can lead to the aircraft bouncing over the wires and going straight into the net.

About three times a year I get mad and call 'pay to win', then uninstall. Only to re-install a week later.

I saw you guys the other day flying these birds. We were facing a team that kept running away. A couple B-34s and an A-36. Good video nonetheless, perhaps you guys could fly the Razorbacks next.
Since I am fairly new to War Thunder...I am quite curious about the Hurricane...as I grew up with my father restoring a Mk IIA Hurricane over 30 years. He did accomplish the restoration and got to fly it for a while before keeping it became too expensive. (A single airshow appearance from early 90s was an average if $40,000.00 for 3-4 days indurance) The Mk IIA was the same model as the cannon armed Mk IIB...but had 12 .303 machine guns....each wing with a bank of 4 plus two stagered outside the landing lights with greater loads for range finding. I am very curious if the game includes that model.

You can compensate for the rudder's poor response by using landing flaps.
Granted you will lose a lot of speed but you'll be able to out-turn every plane by by doing so.
